Friendly and fast, but pricey — with a 6 out of 10 for quality of product. Why do I use it? It’s convenient, but I invariably have to iron every collar before I wear the shirt — and they added NEW creases to a new suit… looks awful. This side of town lacks in dry cleaners and Klinke has the corner on the market. This translates to me being a captive audience until I move elsewhere. Did I mention pricey? Even with the coupons, it’s still over-priced to other cleaners I’ve used. I’m stuck for now. Three stars for average work.

I use this Klinke Cleaner location and the one on Sunset Avenue, which are both in Waukesha. I am always happy with the finished product and quick service. The price point in good if you use their coupons from their website. I had one incident where I realized that I was given the wrong items. I was a little disappointed to find out I was only given a credit for those items I paid for, but their was no other compensation for my time and honesty.

Great service, I love the drive thru drop off. 24 hour turnaround on my dress shirts and they have yet to damage or lose one of my items. I can’t say that about my previous dry cleaners.

Return customer. Have been using this location for several years for business clothes. Excellent service, always greeted with a smile. Extremely thorough with all special requests for each individual item. Will be sure to continue business with Klinke Cleaners.

Disappointed. My husband and I just moved to the area and I had to look for a new dry cleaning service nearby. This is my first and last time using Klinke Cleaners. I dropped off my black blazer and picked it up with the seams undone on the sleeves! Honestly, I’ve always been the one reading of other peoples’ bad experiences at dry cleaners. I am sad to say that I’ve finally joined the many in a bad experience. To top it off, though the service was friendly, it was not very informative. I wasn’t quoted on price when dropping it off nor are their prices posted anywhere. I went into it blindly as I really needed to drop off my blazer for dry cleaning and it wouldn’t have mattered on the price if it was actually done well. I am very sad about the additional work I have to do on my blazer and disappointed with my experience. I will have to make the drive back to my old cleaners until I can find one I can trust nearby.

I have been to many other dry cleaners and was disappointed when I got home and noticed my dress shirts were barely pressed and they had little to no crease on the arms. I will drive further to Martinizing to get better quality.

This review is for the Klinke Cleaners on Sunset Drive. When one brings in a wool garment to an establishment that really only needs refreshing and one points out a mild stain you would expect that the garment would come back clean. It was not refreshed, and the mild stain was still there. This dry cleaners clearly does not know how to clean wool clothes. Additionally, they send your garments someplace else so they don’t even have quality control abilities. I will not go back. Does anyone know a dry cleaners in Waukesha that know how to clean wool clothes and will, at the very least, try to get an easy stain out.

A few years ago I had all my business clothes laundered and pressed here. The service was fast, the staff was courteous, and my laundry came back clean and pressed(creases included). I recently brought 7 shirts in to be cleaned and pressed and as disappointed to find that my shirts had been pressed to the point that none of the standard creases were visible. No shirt sleeve creases, no shirt back creases, and no starch(as was requested via a required form). If I need a blanket cleaned, I’ll be back. If I need a shirt cleaned and pressed, I’ll be going elsewhere.
