Wendy’s

For a fast food restaurant it was quick to order and get food which is a good thing. Would come here over McDonald’s anytime. Only bad part tonight was dirty tables which can be overlooked. M

My family and I went here for lunch. Our overall experience was «OK». The pros include: food was good and well made. Wasn’t thrown together like other fast food restaurants. Staff was friendly. Dining area was clean.
The cons: it wasn’t «fast» food. For being lunch time (11:45am), they seemed to not have enough staff. The line was long and they only had 1 person taking orders. My guess they only focused on the drive thru. Then finally, around noon, they had a second person taking orders (after we got our food and sat down). At this time, the line was almost out the door.
We will be back to try again. Maybe they were just short staffed this time.

I’ve been here before, but never thought to write a review. My experience today was nothing but totally pleasant!
We came in and there was no wait, around 11 a.m. We ordered and our food was ready quick, we didn’t even have a chance to wander away from the counter. We ordered two combo meals, size medium, and whoa! — a medium here is like a large at McDonald’s!
We got our ketchup and napkins and straws and found a seat under their sunny glass «pit» area. Our food was very tasty and we definitely couldn’t eat all the fries. Should have gotten a small, holy mackerel. There were other patrons but it was never too loud and there was pleasant classic rock playing.
When we were headed out, we went up to inquire into a refill on our beverages and one was cheerfully doled out to us. We had expected to maybe have to pay, but nope! You just have to ask. They also happily gave us some ketchup packets, the fancy «dip & squeeze» kind from Heinz, to go with our leftover fries. Nice!

New location for me, never been to this one before and based on the awful service of the Wendys by my house, I’m up for trying other locations.
Staff was friendly but the food wasn’t all that hot. Temperature that is. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheese would not even melt on it because it was old and cold. YUK!
I will continue my quest for a good Wendys and try to get back what I used to love about them. Perhaps it will just never happen.
