I have never had bad food or service, and it’s the only true Italian restaurant in the area-from delicious made from scratch sauces to perfectly cooked steaks. I strongly suggest trying their house Alfredo, so good!!! And, when available they will sell it by the jar to go! Delicious, always!

This place is old school and not into the present day. They offer average food with average service just like a lunch diner. It’s too bad as they could be good if they were to Change. Probably won’t happen. Sad to see.

My husband and I have been here twice now and each time it was decent but not worth the price. As far as décor and atmosphere it has your standard Wisconsin supper club feel. Both times the food I ordered(lasagna and seafood Alfredo) was fine, but I do feel I could have easily had something even more flavorful at home. I will say my husband’s lobster ravioli was better. We will most likely try our luck again but we won’t be going out of our way to get there.

I ate there again recently and found that they have made a few changes in the menu that are more appealing. First my last review didn’t mention the garlic bread that is served with the salad. It is very good. As before I have to add pepper to the salad to spice it up. I continue to give it 3 stars. I sampled some of my wife’s walleye. 4 stars. I tried linguine with prosciutto and pine nuts: they give a lot of prosciutto with the dish. I rate it very good. They should cut up the prosciutto in my opinion to make it easier to eat with the pasta. The staff the night we were there were working very hard yet retained a friendly attentive manner. Despite changes I still do not rank Iozzo’s as the best Italian restaurant in the area.
