Mayfair Collection

Great selection of shopping with both higher end and more economical options. Parking is decent. There is one café — another food/​coffee option would be nice but I guess there are more options a short drive from here.

This is a really fancy strip mall. There’s Old Navy, Ulta, Torrid, Mens Warehouse, Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off Fifth– I can’t afford anything there. The TJ Maxx and Corner Bakery just opened, It’s on the busline and not too far from Mayfair Mall. I am familiar with Corner Bakery because of they have a ton of locations in Chicago. It’s something different for the city. Whole Foods is opening next year.

The hottest new shopping spot in Wisconsin! Favorites are the Corner Café and Nordstrom’s Rack. We’re going to need more parking for the holidays!

Mayfair Collection is a newly opened (today!) strip mall just off I45 & Burleigh. They’ve got a nice mix of stores with a few things that are new to Milwaukee.
On the mass merchandise front, there is Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta, Torrid and Old Navy. In the middle ground, there’s Milwaukee’s first Nordstrom Rack & a Men’s Wearhouse. And finally on the upper end, Milwaukee’s first Saks Off Fifth.
The crowds on opening day were massive, but they had people in the parking areas helping out with traffic flow. All of the stores in the initial phase are currently open but they will continue to add things in the coming months, including a Whole Foods (opening sometime in 2015).
I’m pretty excited to have a Rack & Off Fifth so close to home. My credit card on the other hand… is gonna be HURTIN’!
