We had great service at lunch time. Very friendly waiter and very accommodating with food allergies. I had no problem getting the Honey Shrimp without the chili pepper oil. The chicken lettuce wraps were fantastic… prepared exactly as we like. We were able to get extra lettuce and also the sauce without added spices. I can’t say anything bad about this restaurant. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it can vary on who is cooking as to exactly what you get. For instance, sometimes the chicken lettuce wraps have a lot more of a certain spice than I would prefer and then sometimes it is perfect. Same goes for the Honey Shrimp. But we think overall it is a great place to go. You can share portions without having to pay extra. And you get free refills on sodas.

Have never had a bad experience here. Food is delicious(the hot and sour soup is a must!) and all entrees I’ve tried over time have been nothing short of tasty. The lettuce wraps as an entrée(although they’re featured as an appetizer) is my favorite. More than enough to fill you up — the flavors of the chicken/sauce mix in this dish are wonderful! Be prepared for long wait times, though. Because of its location near the mall, it gets tons of traffic and thus, long lines await you. You’re better calling in and reserving a table for a specified time. Waiters and waitresses are attentive; refilling waters at appropriate times and making sure all is well with your order and that you’re enjoying your food. All in all, a great place to dine. This is one place I feel confident saying has mastered their Asian cuisine. Yum!

So we went to PF Changs for the 1st time in years a few weeks ago in Chicago, my wife has food allergies that have recently change again, so she can eat things now the she could not, the staff was very helpful there. So we decided to go to night for my birthday. Korean barbecue chicken, delicious. Service was a little slow, but we have a 6 year old that did not sleep last night so maybe that made it seam slower. Anyway, enjoyed it and it’s on our top 10 list.

We’ve eaten at PF Chang’s many times before and loved the food. Not sure why, but the quality of food was not up to par this time. I had the beef and broccoli. The beef was tough and stingy. The broccoli was way to large to be eaten in one bit. I didn’t eat it. I should have sent it back, but I took it home and threw it out. It seems to have turned into just a typical average Restaurant, so I gave it an average review.

My only complaint is it’s very loud but I’m in the bar with really crappy music but the food is excellent!

We walked into PF Changs we were greeted and sat immediately. Our sever came right away and took our drink order. We ordered crab wontons, chicken lo mein and lobster and shrimp fried rice. The crab wontons were beautifully presented with a delicious plum sauce. After finishing our appetizer we were brought our generous entrée portion. They were both excellent. Afterwards I ordered chai apple crisp topped with vanilla bean ice cream. It was delicious. Our server was amazing and very polite.

I don’t usually eat at chain places. But, we couldn’t find a good recommendation near where we were on Unilocal so we settled for Changs. Typical chain type atmosphere — get em in get em out. Food was just like every other Changs. Reliable go to as far as chains go. The lettuce wraps are my favorite.

3.5 Stars for PF Chang’s at Mayfair. Stopped in on Black Friday and while we were noted that we were seated in an area that did not yet have a server present, we were well taken care of. My sis loved her lettuce wraps(I tried ‘em, they were good), but my sushi in rice paper was tough, and fell short of my sushi expectations from even a chain. Lots of other good stuff on the menu for next time, and I like the layout and different seating options here(raised booths, 4-seaters, booth-chair option). When shopping at Mayfair Mall I won’t hesitate to return.

Stopped in for a little happy hour and found Quinn who’s one of their new trainees. He was quick, efficient and very nice. I had the spiked lemon tea for $ 3 and The Fiancé had the craft beer of the day(which was some form of Kirin) for $ 4. I loved the flavors of my drink and the presentation was nice. You definitely could taste the alcohol, but not in a bad way. I thought it was well made. Ooh! I really enjoyed the orange ginger edamame. The only thing I would suggest is larger bowls for the shells. Or an extra, maybe. We were a little over half finished and there was no more room in there. We kept going, though. Just piled them on the sides of the bowl. Quinn noticed I was going to use the soy sauce and brought me a small bowl for it in case I was the only one that wanted some. Good thinking on his part! Overall, it was a nice snack and good pit stop for a couple drinks before shopping!

My server was awesome, she was very personable and attended to our needs. The ambiance was good. I always love their décor, just a little slow on getting the food out. I asked for hot and sour soup, it took 15 mins to get it out to me. I ate appetizers before my soup. NOBUENO! and the food also took a while, 35mins, we only ordered 2 basic meals. Pepper Steak and Mongolian Beef. It was delicious but didn’t like waiting that long!

This was my first time going and will not be the last! I loved the ambience and décor; we had arrived at exactly 11am when they open, so we were literally the only ones there. I ordered the Kung Pao lunch wok classic with fried rice and a side of egg drop soup. They were all fantastic! The soup was good(not too salty) and the chicken had the perfect amount of spice!!! Not too spicy, but it had just the right amount of kick! The portion was smaller compared to other restaurants: I finished my entire plate, which doesn’t happen very often. But I’m not complaining, I thought the portion was just right. Our waitress was nice and the food came out pretty quick. By the time we were done eating around 12:30pm, the place was much busier. Great food and service. I’ll be back!

Located in a good location. It seems to get busy during lunch but didn’t have to wait for a table which was nice. My waiter was very attentive, so service was great. I had the lunch portion of Kung pao chicken with brown rice and a veggie spring roll on the side. It was so good. I was very happy with my meal.

P.F. Changs is always an enjoyable night out. It’s a Chinese-American cuisine with a slightly fancy atmosphere. The food is delicious, but probably more American than it is Chinese. My MUST orders include: — Chicken lettuce wraps for appetizer(no place does it better, I highly suggest getting this) — Beef a la sichuan –Mongolian beef(the non-spicy version of beef a la sichuan. So juicy and delicious) — GREATWALLOFCHOCOLATECAKE Give me a moment just to talk about this cake though. I am not generally a fan of cake. In fact as a kid I hated it. But this is not a cake, this is a work of beauty built by artistic masters. Six layers of cake jammed between layers of fudge and chocolate chips covering the sides drenched in a delectable raspberry sauce and fruit in the side. Now you know what I mean about art. Sometimes I just get a slice or two of this cake to go for birthdays– six layers is definitely good for 6 people. It can get pretty crowded on weekends, but you can always just put your name in and shop at the mall. Also it’s pretty pricey.

I actually had a really enjoyable meal at PF Changers on Monday. We got there around 7:30, and while it was still busy we were able to be seated right away. I actually really dig the open concept this place rocks — all the tables are in one big room, and large booths surround on the walls. The whole kitchen area is concealed behind glass so it’s fun to watch the chefs and waitstaff run around. Our server was attentive, if not a little flustered. We had to remind him several times to bring rice and chopsticks, but he was mostly good. As others have noted, they take food allergies very seriously and cater to them professionally. There is a gluten free area designated on the back that lists items in all categories. Do note that all gluten free options are about one dollar more than regular menu items, I assume because the GF substitute is more expensive. We started with the hand-formed crab wontons. They were good, cripsy as the should be. They put what seemed like mustard greens on top and the little spicy kick that provided was nice juxtaposed with the overly sweet plum sauce they were plated on. I got the Singapore Street Noodles and a spinach garlic ‘salad’, while Katie had a chicken dish. My noodles were super thin, and were tossed with a few blistered cherry tomatoes, shrimp, chicken, carrot and bok choy. This dish was seriously fabulous. The sauce was light but flavorful and the portion was great. I would have liked bigger chicken pieces as these were very small and thin, but it was still great — not fatty or gooey at all. They offer the«two for $ 40» deal which includes a soup for each person, one appetizer to split, an entrée for each person, and a dessert to split. It is a good deal if you like the options. I will definitely be returning — yum!

I could eat here every day of the week. It would take me months to go through the whole menu, probably longer. The Szechuan Steak is the best! Lettuce wraps and spring rolls too! They have great drinks too and good happy hour!
