A coworker once around labor day after I’d purchased a new phone. «I don’t know, Lisa, I mean do you think that phone’s going to make it until Christmas?»
I don’t have the greatest luck with phones. I’ve had otterboxes and insurance and cases and screen protectors… it won’t matter… I don’t think I’ve ever had a smart phone make it a full two years.
My experience at this store has gotten better over the years. (I’ve read reviews about a «condescending employee.». If we r thinking of the same person i don’t think that person is still at this store.)This past time I really didn’t feel any sort of «hard sell» going on and they looked up various discounts that could be applied without my asking. They didn’t try to sell me some wonky accessory I didnt need-​want-​could afford like I’ve had in the past.
of note as well, I hardly ever don’t have a signal. Friend’s on other network’s often have problems but the phone rarely drops a call or doesn’t get a text (darn, lol, there goes that excuse.)
Cell phone contracts are notoriously difficult to understand but overall I don’t feel like too much wool is being pulled over my eyes here.

Absolutely disgusted with Verizon. Never got proper cell service and they are charging me $ 1400 to get out! Run!

I was assisted by Warren when my husband and I upgraded our I Phones last Sunday. I noticed some negative reviews on this site. Our experience with Warren was excellent. Maybe some of the other sales representatives are sub par however Warren is exceptional. Do not hesitate to visit this retailer. Simply call ahead and make an appointment with Warren

Phones and phone services are expensive. This store is frequently busy on the weekends. I came here most recently because my phone died (charging pins malfunctioned). I had looked online and narrowed down to two options, but this store only had one of them on display. It was packed as we were waiting for a rep to help us, and the check-​in person wouldn’t help with my preliminary question about the availability of the second phone. It was not clear when we’d get help, so we left.

Do not shop here, they are not a ‘true’ Verizon store, they are a third party retailer and their policies differ from corporate Verizon stores. They have horrible customer service and do not work with their consumers. Also, when right on their receipt it says you can return something, they don’t honor it (but are quick to point out other things on their printed receipts they do stick to). Horrible, horrible experience.

Last year I went in with my girlfriend who was having issues receiving messages on her Iphone 4S. We did have Apple check it with no success, they noted it may be an issue with the Verizon service. It was a slow day there and the rep invested 5 minutes attempting a couple resets with no luck, his only solutions were for her to buy a phone at full price or use my upgrade. I responded that she has had the phone less than a year, would it not be covered on the manufactures warranty. He said the issue would, but the phone is close to 2 years old now. I told him that 4S hasn’t even been out for a year and that Verizon hasn’t even carried Iphones for 2 years. He told me I was wrong and then continued to push selling a new phone. I used my own phone to look up and confirm I was right, once I knew that we left for the Brookfield store for help.
This person had no clue about the product or all he cared about was the commission, either case had I not been there she may have believed him and bought a new phone. The other reps at the store confirmed what he said, so I know longer trust this location. I still like Verizon, but I will use the Brookfield location from now on.

I went in once with a few simple questions after I received a new phone that I ordered online from
. So I walk in, a bald gentleman asks if he can help me, and I say «yes, I just got a new phone in the mail and I need help activating it and switching over my old contacts.» It seems like an easy enough request, and he says «alright, do you have your paperwork?» I say «no, just my phone and the info it came with.» Then he literally SCOFFS at me. He scoffs at me for not bringing my paperwork, as if it was such a ridiculous thing to forget about. The rest of the visit was uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to get away from this unprofessional guy.

THE WOMAN WARMLY GREETED ME. I DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING. I DIDN’T NEED TO. I flipped open my phone and the white glow emanating from my four year old telephone told her everything she needed to know. IS THIS A PASSAGE FROM «FIFTY SHADES OF GREY» you may be asking. Hell no, my cell phone randomly decided it wasn’t going to do shit for me anymore.
The helpful Verizon associate cited the «white screen of death» and looked up my account. She showed me the three choices I had for under $ 100. These three phones were barely a step above a Dollar Store calculator in functionality. I chose one of them and this store didn’t have any in stock which is surprising considering I’m standing in a GAWD DAMN PHONE STORE that sells only phones and they’re out of phones. WTF? Can you hear me now? She was kind enough to call the Mayfair Mall kiosk and they had the model I needed. I haven’t gone to the mall store yet.

I would strongly advise no one to EVER come here! I would gladly rather drive to a different store 30 minutes away during rush hour than come here for anything.
I came here when my phone stopped working to see if they could help. The bearded guy I got looked at it and told me that it was shutting itself down because it had too much content on it. I asked if he could fix it– transfer the info. He said no, but I could buy a memory card there and do it myself. He then proceeded to yell at me and talk to me like I was 5 years old for «overloading my phone». I mentioned that I had heard from a different location’s Verizon employee that her phone was the same and sometimes just froze or stopped working (I had googled it and found it to be true of that particular model finding over 20 similar reports). He said that no one else had ever come in with any problems and that it was just because I over-​filled the phone. Even after I told him that the phone had frozen the first week I had it. Shortly after I took the phone home, it died completely. When I brought it back he said «I told you so» Helpful. Then he said that he would now have to reset it. I couldn’t get another phone, he would just re-​set it, delete everything, and give it back, I decided to seek another opinion and went to another location. There, they were polite and tried everything from hooking the phone up to a USb cord, to trying at least 2 or 3 different batteries. They even let it charge. Then they gave me the number of the LG rep who they said may be able to help. He couldn’t help I found out a week later. When I talked to him he was very helpful and picked up the phone from the store and told me that it was «highly unlikely» if even possible that the phone had shut down because it had too much information on it. He said that the employees at this store weren’t very knowledgeable and had come from another company recently and were bitter, and to not go back to that location since they gave me so much trouble. When I went in to drop off the phone, the guy who I talked to gave me a very hard, very sarcastic time until I mentioned that I was referred. Then he changed his tune and was helpful-​ish. The rep promised to try to fix it or send it to California headquarters, but instead I heard nothing for a week, then got a text saying he failed and that I should pick the phone back up and get a replacement. I picked up the phone, but I took it to another BB where they weren’t rude, condescending, and knowledgeable.

Hands down, best Verizon Wireless store I’ve ever been to!!!
