I came in with a flat tire. Was in and out with a fixed tire free of charge in under an hour. Very professional and polite staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have not been able to find a better deal on tires compared to Discount Tire. If you make your appointment online for a tire rotation, flat repair, or for new tires you are in and out in 45 minutes. I have always experienced good customer service here. The waiting room is clean and bright.

Very polite and well knowledgeable group! I was in and out with no problems. I scheduled an appointment and they were on time. I was out in less than an hour. They did not damage my wheels and they packed my old wheels in my truck bed for me. These guys are top notch. I bought warranty certificates from them too at a discounted rate. The one in DeSoto should learn a thing or two. I bet if I was installing some 26″ rimz, the DeSoto Discount Tires would have had no problem installing for me.

Terrible service. Not a fluke. Gave them more than one chance. Did not stand by there «protection» plans. Can’t hold an appointment time. All-around BAD! They should go next door to Christian Brothers mechanics and take a lesson in customer service!
