I have been avoiding this place lately due to all of the negative reviews lately but I could avoid no longer as there are no places locally to eat a decent steak. Some background info about my visit. It was a Thursday at around 3:00pm and was not busy at all. I had the 9oz fillet cooked medium with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with brown gravy and a side of grilled shrimp. I also had an order of fried pickles. The food was very good with the steak exactly how I ordered it. The fried pickles were very good as well they were a little bit more crispy than most places which I like. The sides were good but not the focus of the meal nor do I ever finish them. The service was very good. They were polite and kept the glass full.

This is the worst Logan’s in the entire chain. The food was marginal today. The service was horrendous. The nicest person in the building was the host. The waitstaff acted as if we were burdening them. We will never eat there again

Kickin’ chicken Salad had no kick. Very bland. Took forever for two salads to be served. Waiter was not helpful. Love Logan’s but not this one!

Served me the worst prime rib I’ve ever had. That was a steak any reputable restaurant should and would have been ashamed to have ever let leave the kitchen. The manager made it right, but there’s no excuse for ever serving anyone garbage. The steak I ordered also was not the size I ordered and I sent it back, only to have it returned to my table and I was informed that it WAS what I ordered. Sorry Logan’s, but I DO know the difference. You shorted me on the product and served me a horrible product. Too many other good places to go, to ever go back there.

Never eaten at a Logan’s Steakhouse before but enjoyed the experience. I ordered their Onion and Garlic Butter Steak and finally found a restaurant in the DFW area that actually knows the difference between medium and medium rare, so my steak was slightly overdone. My fault though. I DID ask for medium. Flavors were strong and the onions, both sauteed and fried were delicious. I used the table bread to sop up every last bit. The place is obviously a rip off the Texas Roadhouse, but I can handle that. Won’t mind going back to put them to the real test: Chicken Fried Steak.

This has got to be the worst Logan’s chain restaurant. We love Logan’s but this one particular location always disappoints. Food is never fresh, drinks are weak, staff are missing teeth and not cleanly at all. How am I supposed to trust them with my food if they look like they haven’t showered in a week or so? Horrible

The fried pickles were good and the bartender provided above average customer service. I ordered a medium rare tbone that came out rare on one side and well done on the other side. The sautéed mushrooms were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I will not be back to visit again.

Service is always horrible but it’s never a full restaurant so I can not figure out why. Definitely worth the drive in our opinion to go down the highway to Texas Roadhouse for a better salad, better rolls, better steak, better service and better prices.

HORRIBLE food! The worst food I’ve ever had! The mashed potatoes were sticky and flavorless! The gravy tasted like it was from a can! The food tasted frozen food quality. Happy Hour drinks are cheap and that would be the ONLY reason to come here. AWFULLLL!

I’ve eaten there since they opened and there have been ups and downs but the place is finally settling in and getting more consistent with the food. Order your steak medium if you want medium rare and it comes out perfect.

I ordered the porterhouse medium rare… they asked me to cut into it to make sure it was right. It was pink on one side and cooked through on the other side. She said, do you want them to re-make it or do you want to eat it like that? I’m thinking… «why did you ask me to cut it in front of you, if you weren’t going to change it if it was wrong?» I felt guilty, so I just said I would eat it… but when she walked away, the people I was with talked me into sending it back… they said, «if you spend $ 25 on a steak, you should get it right.» So I told my server, I would like to go ahead and have it remade. The manager walks over(I assume to apologize, boy was I wrong). He says, «how would you like it cooked?» I say medium rare(the way I ordered it)… he says, well that is «our» medium rare… so how do «you» want it? I pointed out that the menu literally defines medium rare as a «warm red center» and my steak was pink on the left side and grey on the right. I just want it normal medium rare. He says«fine» and walks away(so rude). I then wait for about 15 minutes(the rest of my table was done eating)… and I eventually get a steak that is seared on the outside and completely uncooked on the inside… literally cold. I just ate around the edges and paid my $ 30 and left, but I sure wouldn’t go back… fortunately I could fill up on some pretty tasty rolls. My recommendation to you is… find another steakhouse, but if you do end up here, just go ahead and eat your steak however they happen to give it to you… dont send it back, unless you are asking for trouble.

Much much better than Lancaster. Worth the drive. Service fast and friendly. Food hot with no mistakes… Salad is fresh. Skewered grilled veggies delish… Although the one in Lancaster is within minutes of my house I think I will be driving here in the future.

I have been many other Logan’s locations in Texas and I would give them all a higher rating vs the one in waxihachi. 1-I asked for lemon(no lemon) 2-dressing on the side(tones on the salad) 3-two dinners came out missing sides(how could this happen??) 4 The one complete dinner that came out had the wrong side 5– bread was never replenished or offered 6– Fish was over cooked Logan’s may just need to have the staff write down orders or at least this server. I was in visiting from out of town and would not suggest this logan’s location. Happy eat’s V
