This place just opened. It is the best BBQ in Waxahachie. The staff were friendly they had a lot of choices to pick from. I have been here several times all the food is the best. I love this place. If you want great BBQ you need to come here it’s the best.

We stopped in this afternoon for an early dinner after mentioning several times as we drive by each day that we should check it out. We were not disappointed. Don’t expect fancy but do expect falling off the bone ribs and perfectly smoked sausage. The owners are a delight and make you feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

Got sliced brisket and a rack of ribs to go… they wrapped it up great to make it back to our house still warm and yummy. The brisket had awesome flavor and was so moist and fall apart perfect! The ribs were equally as perfect!!! So good!!! Just the right amount of spice and naturally flavor. Their sides, mac & cheese, potato salad, green beans and banana pudding, were also so good!!! Their staff was friendly and so genuinely nice!!! Midlothian really needed a great BBQ place and now we have one!!!

Stopped in The Vault today. My wife had a loaded baked potato that she said was delicious. I had the sliced brisket that was as good as any I have ever eaten. The sides were also great. Glad they are in Midlothian.

My husband and I were on a short weekend trip and were craving barbecue. So I noticed that the old antique store we used to stop at on the way to Houston now had a smokehouse inside. The folks were friendly, the ribs were great, the brisket sandwich was really good and they have a great tasting vinegar-​based barbecue sauce. Make sure you don’t miss this place as you go through Midlothian.

Great food! Simple presentation. Rustic and antiqued everything. Just like you want when you’re eating your Texas home-​town BBQ. Their whole family is involved in the business — cooking, greeting, serving — so it makes me like it even more!

This place is family owned and operated and their food is really good! They can also cater your event! I can’t get back there soon enough!
