This place is bad. Even for a pizza hut. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order correct. Don’t dine in, as once you’re seated they pretty much forget about you.

This Pizza Hut is so disappointing. I literally live right behind them so I could never understand why each delivery I had cold pizza, plus driver would either forget my 2 liter, my marinaras or ranch cups so by the time they came back with my full order my meal was cold & cold pizza will piss me off. Too expensive to pay for my meal plus giving driver tips & paying delivery charges to get cold pizza & not even your whole order! Ridicukous. So I stopped deliveries & only carry out now. For the most part, carry out is a little better, at least it is fresh and you can be sure to get EVERYTHING you ordered. SMH.

Proud of my son’s for working so hard reading all this year to get a reward of a pizza each, only to encounter rude «manager» at window named Teddi. Manager Teddi tried to give us a hard time because the free coupons they were given weren’t filled out. News flash, they haven’t been filled out the last three years either, but we were never before treated like we were trying to steal from them. Still proud of my boys, but would rather go somewhere and pay full price to reward them than deal with bad service from Pizza Hut’s Terri again.

This was a pretty bad Pizza Hut. First stop was the bathroom and it was dirty, my wife told the employees the women’s bathroom was out of paper towels. At the register, one employee was chatting it up on her cell phone and one employee was eating pizza at the register. Was told to sit where we wanted, ok, that wasn’t a problem. Ordered unsweetened ice tea, took a sip and it was like syrup. Went to register to get correct drink. Started smelling funky, either it was the table or seats. It was getting dark and they still didn’t turn lights on by tables. The pizza was ok, can’t complain about that, just glad I didn’t see them make it. I will not visit this place again.

Standard Service you would expect. If you want pizza, just go to Pizza hut, all the other pizza places in this town suck.

The pizza is pretty much standard Pizza Hut fare and similar to any other Pizza Hut in the world. However, the service is sub par. The staff are inattentive, particularly at the counter, they don’t watch orders until you remind them, etc.

I love pan pizzas, but the service here can be awful at times. I brought my family here
Tonight and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. There was almost no other customers there. Maybe they had a huge call in order, I don’t know. If they keep treating their customers like this, they may be in trouble. We just went to pizza inn.
