It’s CiCi’s buffet pizza, so never great, but this CiCi’s is pretty decent as long as it is busy. My son likes eating here so I take him and some days it is bad because it is slow and the pizza gets cold. Although, on busy days it is actually pretty good.

Got a great coupon today via text for a free buffet for Mother’s Day if you buy an adult meal. All it says is that it expires on Mother’s Day and today is Thursday. So I went in to my local CiCis and was told it was not valid until Sunday very nicely by the gal. I asked to talk to the manager and when he came he said no. I kept telling them that I had come out because the text says no where in it that it was only for Sunday. In the middle of my sentence the manager said oh what ever and turned around and walked away. I asked the cashier if that was the head manager and she told me it was the owner. I told her I was very shocked by that because I felt like I was treated very rudely. They have lost my patronage for sure even though I was finally given the coupon price for my meal tonight. Another thing is that I was told I had to buy a 2 large drinks for that special. It also does not say that but I chose not to point that fact out since I wanted a drink.

It is decent buffet quality pizza. (Probably because it is a pizza buffet!) My son likes to come here for the pizza and the games. If your favorite pizza is not on the bar they will make it and bring it to you. This location is pretty clean and updated. Expect lots of kids when you come.

Good salad bar. I have to wonder if the soap they use is cheap because the tables are greasy.
