Had lunch today after church. Burgers and fries were very good. Service was friendly. We did not get our milkshakes till after we finished eating. Spent $ 37 for 3 people. Building and environment were not good. Weeds out front, windows filthy, tv in dining room not on, no music playing. We will not be returning anytime soon.

Great burger! Had the Classic WayBack cheese burger. 2 beef patties, fresh garnishes on a type of potato bun. Fries were good. I added a little salt. Clean facility and I like being able to see the entire kitchen. Nice staff too.

I went right before Christmas during the day and there were no customers in it. For the 2 of is we got the 9 patty burger, egg nog milkshake, large Dr. Pepper and chilli cheese fries. It was around 30 with tax, which I consider to be pretty high. The milkshake was very good, the order of cheese fries was very good to and the burger was good but dry, I will definitely go back.

I was nervous walking in on a Saturday, and the place housed only one other patron. But overall my conclusion was: This is a neat place for a quick greasy burger. Although the burgers are average, I think the spotlight should go to the shakes and fries. The service was friendly, but we had multiple mistakes, that the sweet girls who were working fixed without complaint.

Solid old school hamburger joint with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Onion rings were great and the burger really hit the spot. Worth a visit and definitely worth a second visit.

Best thing I can say is the frys and onion rings were good. The hamburger was average and the bacon was cheep. Just another burger joint to me.

One of my favorite new burger places. Fresh, flavorful hamburger meat with a perfect fat/​meat ratio and cooked perfectly. Fresh buns and great selection of toppings. I like the Gold Sauce on mine. Onion rings are tempura and mine were delicious. I have gotten the fries and they were good too– but get the onion rings. A double cheeseburger with bacon, side of onion rings and a drink are $ 10 and some change which is actually not bad at all for a premium burger place. I wish I was in Waxahachie more often.

The fries were crispy, the burgers juicy, and the service friendly, all in all Jake’s WayBack burgers was an opportune dining experience and an overall enjoyable meal.

Not at all worth the price. My family and I spent over $ 30 for 2 kids meals and regular combos. We didn’t get anything extra like a shake, I’m scared to think what that would have cost. You would think that for spending that much at a fast food restaurant you would get something spectacular but no. The patties were small and unseasoned with no flavor. We would have been better off going someplace like Whataburger or In-​n-​Out.
