Friendly service but stocking is slow. I came here for a pair of wall lights. The lighting dept person is making me go to Ballantyne rather than order just one more for a pair. Not only this dept but other depts are lacking in restocking. Management needs to wake up.

Would not recommend them for appliances as they do not deal honestly. They offered me $ 449 for a dryer with free delivery. I asked for a discount in return for paying cash with a total price of $ 420. They agreed and then after ringing it up, I noticed they added in $ 59 for delivery. I went through with the purchase but it will be my last at this store. If the sales staff feels they need to use such tactics to increase their ticket, then I wish them well but they won’t see anymore of my money. I guess they needed that $ 59 pretty bad so they can keep it! Hope it lasts them awhile!

This store is outstanding! I have been remodeling a home over the past several months, and I swear every department knows me by name. I have a lot of questions, I mean a lot, and no one every makes me feel dumb.
I love how clean the store is, how friendly the staff is, and how I feel like its my home away from home:)
Compared to other Lowes, this one is by far my favorite!
