Nice little shopping center at the northwest corner of Providence Road and Cuthbertson Road, just north of downtown Waxhaw. Nothing really showstopping about this place, but it does have all of the necessities. Lowe’s, McDonalds, BP gas station, Walgreen’s. There is also a small building at the rear where a few dentists’ offices are located. I believe that the Town of Waxhaw also just recently approved the developer using the central(currently undeveloped) area of the center for a grocery store(tenant TBD).
