High marks for Chris Ferriss and his team! I found Chris through a HUD referral when I was desperate to find someone trustworthy and reliable. Chris is a licensed general contractor and manages properties for a group of private investors he has known for years. I have had a VERY difficult time with unscrupulous contractors, squatters and slimy tenants.

I have had contractors become squatters, real estate agents steal deposits, tenants make unauthorized repairs and stop paying rent, tenants who steal from utility and insurance companies, tenants who demand repairs and then move out and steal your furnace and water heater, tenants who lie without any conscience for months. Owning property has awakened me to the despicable, deplorable condition of the human psyche run amuck when other’s think they can get away and abuse someone else for their own financial gain. This is part of the «entitlement» mentality our culture accepts, legislator endorse and tenant’s feel justified in not taking responsibility for themselves and their actions and consequences.
