they tell you stay with us and you will get a phone for $ 99 or free or some shit but in reality they do an installment plan where you pay $ 550 for a $ 200 phone that you can buy at apple and they offered me $ 20 back. they manage their store as a rent-​a-​center!

This store has an excellent employee. Jefferson really helped us out with his knowledge of the phones and the service plans. He even informed us about ATT’s home security features which we loved. My house is now protected. The technicians that came to our house were professional and respectful. They explained every detail of the plan and the service. The installation takes a while but it is worth it to know that your house is secured properly.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer, Christian. I was here this past weekend, and informed the employee that I would like to add an additional line to my current family plan, and would like to know the pricing info. He took down my number on his iPad and told me that one of his associates will be with me right away. He then proceeded to help someone else who had an issue with a case they brought. I sat waiting for about ten minutes and after watching another employee walk around aimlessly behind me, we’ve decided to bounce. Needless to say, I won’t be returning here again.
