Very disappointed. Norman Brinker was a personal friend and he would also be ashamed. Bartender, also the server was so occupied talking to friends while my food sat under the heat lamp. I left without eating and will not return to this location.

I do like Chili’s They usually always make my food right. I like the appetizer selections and the crispy chicken fingers. The bacon ranch quesadilla is really good also. The problem with this place is the take out ordering. They have a side takeout door and a register to ring takeout but they don’t use it. They make you go to the bar and wait for your food. I don’t like that. If they bar is filled with people drinking and hanging out I don’t want to stand there with them and wait for the over worked bartender to notice me and help me out. It’s uncomfortable and several times I didn’t order take out from here for that very reason. I had to stand there one time while a group of intoxicated men were flirting with me and asking me to sit with them. I just wanted my food and to be out of there. Please Chili’s fix that problem. Separate the bar and the takeout. You have a whole set up for it. I have gone here on lunch breaks also with work friends. You have one female employee with dark hair and tattoos and she is the nicest and most helpful person. Every time I get her as a waitress I’m thrilled because she listens to my order and she checks on me. If I’m doing take out, she makes sure to get my food and get me out of there. You have another employee that is the polar opposite. I feel like she doesn’t like me to much. She will ignore me when I come in for take out. She does it every time. I thought maybe she was really busy but not every time. I dread seeing her. I think she actually has a problem with me and that feels weird. Maybe it’s just me but when I get her she will have me wait forever and I know I’m going to have to wait. I like the male manager that is on board. He has a bald head and is very professional. I didn’t catch his name but he made my last take out visit better. I stood waiting as usual and feeling uncomfortable and he saw me and came right to me. He made sure my food order was correct and got me out the door. He had to tell the bar tender to ring me out. I was thankful he helped me or I would had stood there among the guys drinking and watching sports while all I want is the food and to get out. Yes I do have an anxiety issue so these types of things affect me. Thank you manager man. I think I over thanked him. He didn’t really know how much his actions meant to me.

Only reason I give this place 5 stars is for the bartender Lauren. Here’s a hard working employee who knows just about everybody who walks in who has been there at least one time before. She’s friendly and treats customers with respect. If she can’t get to you right away she will at least acknowledge you so you don’t feel you’re being ignored. She is a people person and I hope this location realizes how important she is for this place and how many people come back because they know she will be working.

Got cheeseburgers to go and they were delious! We waited a while for them so the bartender took off one of our drinks. Good customer service and good food which is why I come back.

My fiancé and I came here for late night half priced appetizers since applebees basically eliminated half priced apps. This Chilli’s is definitely the best anywhere in the area. We sat in the lounge so the bartender was our waitress and I can’t remember her name but she was great. For drinks, I had some type of blueberry margarita which was delicious, although a little pricey(like $ 10). For food we shared: bacon ranch quesadillas(not an app), the skillet queso, and boneless buffalo wings. All were great, the wings were much better than applebees which I do not care for. I especially liked the quesedillas. If you’re going just for late night apps, they have a huge selection. We had a good time, you can’t beat the price, and the service was great. We will definitely be back again.

I have to say this place pleasantly surprised me. I have been putting off coming to Chili’s cause I don’t like rice and beans. I thought they would only have typical Mexican food. Boy was I wrong. We came on a quiet Thursday evening, got a table off to the side and sat to our hearts content. The waitress was attentive, prompt and personable. Got the Margarita salad bowl and the chicken mustard sandwich. Both were good. I can’t imagine what it would be like on a crowded Friday or Saturday night, but for midweek it worked out fine for us.

Clean location. Quacamole is very good. Add the chips and the salsa and it is even better. They could use some hot sauce on the table to add to the salsa. I also had the Explosion Salad which is very good especially with extra dressing on the side to dip the chicken. Prices are reasonable for the good quality of food. Service was nice and similar to most chain restaurants. Great place to bring the family with plenty of parking.

Typical Chili’s Started out at the bar with a friendly bar tender. Ordered a blue moon but she didn’t serve it with an orange(faux pa) We ordered salsa and chips and the queso. Salsa and chips was good but the queso was anything but… well…queso. It looked(and tasted) like vegetarian chili. Not that it was bad but when you want cheese dip with some spice, that’s what you want. I saw a commercial for the table side guacamole and I knew I had to have it. This is something I have ordered at every restaurant I have ever been to that offers table side guacamole because I LOVE fresh guacamole. The waiter comes out with a tray of items. The avacado has already been sliced into cubes. Each seasoning is in little plastic cups. He asks if you would like each item added to the avocado and then adds them. After adding all the ingredients he mixes it in front of you with a fork.(do NOT add all of the salt that comes in the lil cup… it is way TOO much). What I am used to is the following: Serving cart with fresh cilantro, fresh pepper, salt, onions, jalapeño etc. and of course unskinned avocados. The avocados are skinned and the pit removed at the table. The fresh items are cut and added to your liking. They are all added in a mortar and pestle and the waiter combines all of the ingredients. Prior to leaving the table, the server asks you to try it to ensure your satisfaction. THAT, friends, is table side guacamole!

Food, Drinks, and Service were all good! Came here on two Friday night occasions both were a good time. Sat at the bar both times. Bartender was great and she made the night enjoyable. Ordered apps after 9, they were half priced and were very good. Drinks also reasonibly priced.

It’s a Chili’s. Staff are usually pretty friendly, service not too bad. Host/ess is often a high school kid and it can be a bit entertaining watching him/her trying to wrangle the many people that tend to crowd in on Friday and Saturday nights. The beer is interesting in the sense that the mugs are typically so cold that the beer itself partially freezes, resulting in beer chunks going down on the first couple sips. Draught list is pretty disappointing– stick with the margaritas(I go for the Platinum Presidente or whatever they call it). The«bottomless» chips and salsa are probably 90% of the reason why I come back here. That said, prepare to consume about a week’s worth of sodium during your meal. If you for whatever reason want Chili’s at home they do offer a take-out service. Most of the stuff comes in bags you have to heat up in the microwave. You can even order online.

It is a chain restaurant, so I didn’t have high expectations but it still only merits 3 stars. The location itself is nice; it should be noted that being located on the main line, that is probably a general expectation. I came with my friend and her coworker to grab food before heading to catch a movie. I ordered a water and margherita flatbread, he ordered nachos, and they split a pizza, I’m not sure if our server was new or just nervous because I had to ask twice for my water and my margherita flatbread did not come out as margherita.(I ate it anyway since we were on a time crunch). My friend’s cheese pizza also had other items on it that she didn’t ask for(i.e. not a plain cheese pizza) All in all, our server was nice but kept slipping up with our order(missing drink, wrong food). I don’t think I’d be back.

The new Chili’s building is much nicer than the last one that burnt down. It is a bit crowded, the tables and chairs are very close to one another. And all the furnitures seem to be lower than usual. I am not a fan of the glass dividers. The new bar is very nice though. Chili’s is a great place to get drinks and food with a large group of friends.

We frequent Chili’s for lunch. Perhaps because there isn’t a whole lot going on in Wayne. But also because it is always a good time. It is nice to have a leisurely lunch. But you can make it fast if you need to get back to the office. But otherwise you can eat chips and salsa forever. The salads, sandwiches, and quesadillas are all great. I like the chicken ranch ones. Sandwich — either grilled chicken on the new burger with avocado. I love the quesadilla explosion salad. Also margarita mondays… enough said
