I recently bought a pair of shoes online from , upon receiving the sneakers I changed my mind and wanted to return them. Rather than send them back I decided to take them to the nearest finish line to me which was willowbrook mall. When I got there I was helped by someone named Harold who had a very cold demeanor. I explained to him the situation and his response was I had to ship them back, when I told him I have returned sneakers in store before he stated that the system has changed and that they could no longer do this. Once I got home I felt this did not make sense so I called another finish line location and whoever I spoke to said I could Indeed return them as long as they were unused. So the next day I went back to willowbrook mall location and was helped by the same representative, he tried to tell me that he could not do it again but I told him I called customer service and they said I could. He processed the transaction unwillingly and then tried to say I could not return it because I paid using PayPal. I again said I have done so in the past and his coworker corrected him. After it was all said and done he gave me my money back but tried not to give me the receipt until I asked for it. I would give this location 0 stars if that was and option. Also I later decided to purchase the same sneakers I had returned but went to a competitor instead where I got better service
