I go to this store location since it is so close and I have a few to by gifts for. I guess I have to drive further to another location.
I find it crazy that there are 3 people behind the counter and the one person ahead of me in line asks a question… ALL 3 have to listen and answer. I stood there for a few minutes listening to to them talk about a system while I wait. Come on guys there are two people in your store and three employees, I would think at least one of them could be of service.

Absolutely the worst Gamestop I’ve ever been to. Every person there is a bit more UNHELPFUL then the last. No one. and I mean, NO ONE knows what they are doing there. Not to mention how they socialize among themselves instead of helping costumers. And say they have products over the phone you ask for, and when you come in they say they dont.
Go to the Gamestop in Midland Park, they are so helpful and nice. This place has been bad since its been EBGames.
