Picked this place because it was listed as cover under my insurance, and got lucky! You can schedule an appt online. They are located inside the Lenscrafters. My 5 year old and I got there early, they have a small waiting area, the receptionists were very nice. We were taken close to on time, all the doctors and assistants were very nice to me and my daughter. The place seems very clean and modern. It was my first time at an eye doctor and it went great. MAKE SURE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Some people who were walk ins were told the wait was an hour. You do have the mall right there, but understand there could be a wait without an appointment.

I have been going to this group of doctors for about 10 years now. I am always pleased with their service and professional staff. The doctors at the office treat you well, are friendly, courteous and know their business. I had an eye emergency last year and they not only treated me quickly but put me at ease in a pleasant manner. My last visit was with Dr. Patel and he not only explained about a change in my vision but informed me of things I could easily that would benefit my eye heath. That was much appreciated. I am completely satisfied with this group and often suggest them to friends in need of a good Optometrist.

Annual eye exam has been a necessary evil for years. My visit with Dr Patel was very pleasant, quick and extremely informative. He spoke with me as a consumer of eye care as opposed to just providing an Rx and rushing off. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had a great visit to Garden State Eye Group today. I was not left waiting at all. I was promptly seen by the assistant and the doctor. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I went to LensCrafters and saw Dr. Savitz for my exam and had a wonderful experience. I went for my annual exam and he walked me through each step of the process and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and thorough and took his time with me during the annual exam and contact portion. He wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my contacts and I tried a few options before selecting with him which may be right for me. I am very pleased with my experience and contact selection and highly recommend this office and Dr. Savitz to all of my friends, coworkers and family.

Garden State Eye Group provides excellent eye/​vision care and I recommend them to all my friends and family. All the doctors are courteous and really care about their patients. I had a nasty eye infection that they quickly diagnosed and after just a few days the drops they prescribed cleared everything up. Professional, courteous and caring… I ll be back for all my eye/​vision needs
