Ordered a doll from the website and the status said«will ship in 4 – 7 days» so I waited. I gave them 7 business days, and got nothing. So I got nervous and checked out the reviews. All of the negative reviews had me scared that I might have just wasted my money and time when I could have gotten one somewhere else without all of the stress. I sent them an email asking about the product and was told that they were sorry, that it had been backordered and that was why it hadn’t been shipped yet. However, they had searched for the doll in other places, found one, and even paid the extra money to ship it to me 2nd Day Air because they didn’t want to disappoint the child it had been purchased for. I received the doll 2 days later. Looks just like the picture and she’s absolutely adorable.

Ordered a Melissa and Doug 5ft giraffe from them. Got an email right after i paid, that was it. The tracking number just said will ship between 4 – 7 days. after about the 4th day in after paying and no email update, i emailed them asking for an update. Got a message back apologizing and got a tracking number. But when clicking on one tracking number in my email it took me to Fed-ex, the other on their website UPS. Both were invalid. Growing concerned on the 6th day i was considering calling PayPal to get my money, also after reading these horrible reviews. But on the 7th day, I DIDRECEIVEMYITEM. In the long run if you want to save the stress(even if it runs up your $$ a little more) highly recommend just skipping this place.

This company is a scam! Do not order from them! Multiple false Internet sites. They will take you’re money and send a fake usps tracking number and never send product! Or just send a receipt saying item will ship in 5 – 7 days then when no item shows up and you contact them, they say oh we sent a notice saying the item was back ordered until the middle of april. BS no email was ever sent. Now they say they will refund $. I’ll believe it when I see it. Do not let they’re BS story play on you’re heart strings! BS!!! Do not send $ or order from these people! Or or glopo. All fake kids toy websites set up to take u r $! Learn from my mistakes! I will be reporting This to FBI Internet crimes dept!

It is really a toss up regarding whether or not you will actually receive anything. I am a fairly understanding man when it comes to ordering from eCommerce websites, given the fact that I run one myself. However, their abysmal customer service really caused my 1 star rating. I have ordered 10 or 12 items from the company over the past two months and 8 of them were never received by the people to whom I sent things. The problem is that they never contacted me and let me know that something could not be fulfilled. Instead, they put it on back order. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and I get nothing but excuses from the company. I have concluded that I will not be purchasing from them again.

I was nervous as we ordered before seeing all the negative reviews on facebook, yahoo, Unilocal and elsewhere. To my surprise, within days we received the tracking the number for our items and they arrived in a timely fashion, within one week and ahead of my little girl’s birthday. While I don’t doubt the authenticity of all the negative reviews as there seem to be too many to be a coincidence, I can only speak of our experience which was overwhelmingly positive. Amy was responsive and helpful, even going in after hours to process our order to ensure the items would arrive before my daughter’s birthday. I know my experience is in contrast to what’s out there. I was even surprised myself. They may have had issues in the past, but they seem to be on the right path once again. At least for me anyways. Hope this helps.

They didn’t have their inventory up to date and I ordered a sandbox for my child that never showed up… they finally contacted me saying it would not be in stock until spring and it put a hold on my bank for the money I was going to use… and it was just overall a bad experience. most businesses would have been on top of things and tried to make things right and they just didn’t seem to care…
