I am a frequent customer but have never been so disappointed. Yesterday I drove with a friend all the way to the Willowbrook Mall for fried oreos because they are one of our favorite things to eat from here. We got to jimmy’s seaside fries in the mall at 8:30PM on the dot and tried to order the fried oreos when Josemary said they are already closed. My friend asked her what time she begins closing and Josemary responded and said at 8:30pm when the hours on google for Jimmy’s Seaside Fries are at 9:00pm. Also the mall does not even close until 9:00pm so it was completely unacceptable that she decided to close early and also that she answered rather unprofessionally. By closing business earlier than the regular closing time, you lose customers that way. I do not feel as though I wish to return to this place as I am extremely disappointed. The supervisor must go over store hours with all employees so that they are all on the same page.

A great place to snack and indulge in the endless options of fries. You can’t go wrong! Service is great and friendly. Get the large size and you get a free frisbee!

Highly recommended! Great food, great flavor, and lots of variety. They have tots, regular fries, sweet potato fries, and mini corn dogs! Going to try them all eventually! Can’t go wrong!

So got more fries. This time I got the sweet potato fries with the old bay seasoning. Wow. That seasoning is perfect. I couldn’t decipher what was in it but there were herbs that I did not recognize and a bunch of salt which is exactly how I like any kind of seasoning! I asked for some sour cream on it but they ran out):
I wish i could buy a bottle of that old bay seasoning though!
