Nordstrom Rack

Man, this store does not represent the brand. Nordstrom Rack employees are usually friendly and the merchandise good, but this store stands out for rudeness!
NR stores have taken my items back past the 90 window without receipts numerous times in the past, and are usually nice about it. The staff at this store, however, not only denied me (though I had a receipt and was only a few days over) but was incredibly rude in the process.
I will go out of my way not to shop at this location again.

As a first time mother, I now have worries I never even thought about 4 months ago, one of it being when I am out, I need to find a place to nurse my baby as my 4 month old baby feeds every 3 – 4 hours during the day. Living in Manhattan, it is almost impossible to find an appropriate place to nurse in public. I had the pleasure of venturing off to NJ yesterday with my baby and stopped by at Nordstrom rack. I noticed it was getting close to my baby’s feeding time so I inquired an employee there if I could possibly use the fitting room to nurse. What happened next was amazing! This employee escorted me to their «Mother’s Room» so I could nurse in private in the comfort of a real locked room complete with chairs, table and a large mirror. She patiently waited outside for over 20 minutes until I was done to escort me out of their employees mother’s room area. I was so touched by how nice all the employees were cooing at my baby and how this would have never happened if I was shopping in Manhattan. This whole experience even had me thinking for a hot one minute of moving to NJ so I can shop with more comfort with my baby. Way to go Nordstrom Rack Wayne NJ! This is the most friendliest shop you can go as a nursing mother!

Just opened in October 2015 and I am happy I do not have to drive to Paramus to go to Nordstrom rack. The staff is helpful, the place is organized and staff is very friendly and helpful.
The women’s section is on the 1^st floor and the mens section plus my favorite section shoes are on the 2^nd floor.
The selection they have is cool and reasonably priced. I feel like the women’s section is smaller here but still like it.
I would come back and definitely would go back! Hopefully wont become too crowded. Im selfish sorry! :-)

Went this evening to check out this new location after being a loyal Nordstrom/​Nordstrom Rack shopper for years. I always have a positive experience at Nordstrom Stores, but this is the best experience so far. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to maneuver, with a great product selection. The best part, though, was my checkout experience. As a retail/​fashion professional who works as a customer service/​selling/​product knowledge trainer for a luxury fashion brand, any time I shop I pay very close attention to customer service. Rhonda, the associate who rang us up was friendly, and extremely personable. She is by far one of the best associates I’ve ever dealt with in any store I’ve been to. NR — do what you can to keep her a part of your team!!!

Went to the grand opening. They were giving out recycling shopping bags. They have two floors of everything. Large sunglass section. Shoe dept located upstairs. Priced accordingly. Helpful staff.
