Sears

I never go to Sears expecting a great shopping experience and it’s generally a hassle to find what you want and for them to actually have it.
Workers here are nice and try to help, so no complaints there.
I try to buy stuff online and then do in store pickup. It’s always a bit confusing but if the price is right I don’t mind the confusion. Just be patient and nice to the sales staff and they’ll eventually figure it out and willing to help.

Do not buy appliances there
The customer service is horrible

A terrible customer service experience. Ordered an exercise bike. Told it would come fully assembled, I would only have to install the seat. Came in about 20 pieces with a 15 page book of assembly instructions. Called
, told no problem. Just call the store they will send an installer at no charge. Have spent 3 hours on the phone with the store. Disconnected, etc. Told my story 4 – 5 times. Told it would be 69.99. Still waiting for supervisor to call to resolve.

This Sears location exemplifies why people opt to shop online. This was the only place in the mall where my GF was able to find an adequate skirt for an event, however, she was unable to purchase it. Even though the Sears closed all of its cash registers, it still allowed people in from the mall area. By the time my GF found and tried on the skirt (literally like less than 10 minutes), all registers were closed and they had already kicked me out of the store to wait outside in the cold, since the car was on the other side of the mall. If you have people still in the store, why wouldnt you have at least one open register? Do you want business? Suppose not, we left pissed and ended up going elsewhere. No, we wont be back for anything else either.

I was very pleased with the assistance that I received while shopping in the Christmas Shop of this store. The young man working in this department was very helpful and had an excellent personality. Many times you visit a retail store close to the holidays and the people are all on edge. He really seemed to like his job and knew the merchandise. The store also looked pretty neat and organized. I have been here many times in the past and they just looked messy. Hopefully management keeps up the good work.
