This Kmart is horrible. It always has been, and probably always will be. The shelves are poorly stocked, the staff is essentially useless, and the store itself is a dirty mess. The only reason I would ever be back as if they had some insane deal that I could not get anywhere else. Otherwise there’s no reason to come here.

I have mixed feelings about this store.(I’ve had one really good experience and one not-so-great)
Tonight I called in search of an item I currently have under a replacement plan and it turned out they didn’t have it. No big deal, the employee checked and gave me the names of other stores who showed they currently had some in store (Clifton Heights, West Chester, and Holmes had multiple showing in their system). The fact that he was willing to check other places to try to find it was definitely appreciated, so I wanted to write them a good review. (I wish I asked for his name because he was very helpful)

I would rather shop at this Kmart than the one in Clifton Heights (which is closer), so the long drive isn’t usually a bother for me.
Decent inventory, had the exact vacuum model I needed the day of so that was convenient. Typically find checking out to be a slow, painful process but today was a different experience entirely. My cashier was incredibly quick, sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to inform us of Kmart’s vacuum warranty.
Electronics section is pretty weak. Wish they had more options for games and CD’s.
It is definitely a cleaner Kmart than others, so that’s always a plus to see employees who genuinely care about their work environment.
Furthermore, today I was assisted by someone who smiled and was patient and that is what makes me give 4 stars.

I dred every time I need to go here. Mainly because of the checkout. I would easily say 90% of the time the lines are slow it is so comical people in the lines sort of joke about it when we are in line. I get anxiety every time I have to go here. The ony reason that this place is still open is becaust the target is to far. The check out staff has no sense of urgency or efecentacy at all. Management needs to retrain, purchase new equipment, and hire better staff. This store is a gold mine waiting to be unearthed.

Not a great store at all. Sears could have done better with this place. Unattractive store with a lousy staff except for one really nice lady who works in customer service section. they sell sears appliances yet never have support products for them. if I have to drive to sears or order online why bother.

ordinarily i wouldn’t bother writing a review for k-mart as we’ve all been to one or s store like it, and most experiences are the same.
but this k-mart was an exception, in a good way. i frequented here when i had a broken ankle in college. my friend would take me here to get me away from campus. they could not have been nicer to me. i had to get a wheelchair there so i didn’t have to hobble around in crutches. they were very helpful with getting me situated and helping us with our purchases when we left.
the store is very clean and the staff was excellent.

This K Mart is sweet. It’s hugh, clean. There are lot more items. I didn’t see any lazy employee, whining babies or obnoxious children who aren’t looked after. I would come back here.
