Paradise Buffet

I remember this place having OK american-​chinese food. It’s a bargain for WP students but nothing more.
Dislike super small reviews but I can’t exactly add much more.

Our family has always had a nice experience here. I have three kids and they almost always ask to got here for BDay or special occasions. Huge selection of hot foods, cold salad and shrimp bar and soft ice cream machine plus dessert cakes and things. We have been luckier than these other posters, We just ate lunch there today for my daughters BDay.

I love this place, the walnut shrimp is my absolute favorite. I also like the string beans, cheese wontons and general tso’s chicken. A little expensive but worth it to me!

That about sums it up. I’ve gone here twice — Each time many of the dishes available at the buffer were cold, burnt, or undercooked. Nothing was really prepared right, and it simply was not tasty — The opposite, really, quite sickening.
It’s not the cleanest place either, and the staff tends to rush you out so that they can get more people in.
Also, for a buffet, they are EXTREMELY overpriced, especially for such poor food. I would stay away from here in the future.

I went there more than 7 months ago and before that 2 more times. They were before its name changed to Paradise Buffet with new management. The waitresses were all very nice and also the management. During the dinner time, the best thing was the king crab legs, seafoods, all kinds of chinese style shrimps dishes, roasted beef, and all types of Chinese and western foods. They also had fruits, salad, ice cream and deserts. SInce I loved the king crab legs, I wanted the fresh ones. I told the waitress and the other time the management, they brought me the new ones a lot more than I can eat. Also I was late one time and there was still lots of food left. The price is good and I have been dreaming to go there this month. Some reviews said they changed their management and now they are not good. I will see if the new management is good when I have a chance.
Jim B., I also heard that the China Buffet is very good but they are not buffet and very expensive to my standard. I can’t eat tons of seafood, meat, and king crab legs with that price. :-)
Now I think of it, they did tell us that they were closing at 10 or 9:30 something like that 30 minutes before the time couple times in one of my visits. It was good so I know their schedule and also be prepared to eat what I want and 15 minutes before they started to take away the food, I took all that I can eat in the dishes and bring them all to my table.

It’s not a bad buffet, but it’s not particularly good either. They’ve got three ~16 item buffets and then a cold bar with another ~16 items, making for a pretty large selection. For about $ 8 with tax for lunch, the price is right, but it’s all over-​sweet, generally bland, very Americanized Chinese food.

This is a nothing special Chinese buffet. How much luke warm food can anyone eat? It does have a good selection of Chinese with some American as well. Enough cake in the dessert bar to put anyone into diabetic shock. You go there for convenience and to get in and out quickly. Courteous staff. If you have a little more time try China Paradise down the block.

Huge buffet, wow. Slightly pricer than most because they have crab legs available.
American food. Chinese food. Desserts. Reallllly good tasting stufff. Why? How? I dont know, its just so tasty. The Chinese food is really great, but if you happen to be there with someone who doesnt enjoy Chinese food, then they still have plenty to chose from.
Add: I’ve now been here several times because hoarding food is a great part of life. There are some 3D pieces of artwork that I want to own so badly. Beautiful.
