I have lived at Radnor Crossing for the past 2 years, and I have to say, I am sad to be leaving. Overall, the place is very nice and well-kept. The buildings are older and are starting to look rundown, so from the outside it doesn’t look like much. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the top floor and we have been very happy there. I’ve met other tenants who have been quite unhappy with the management, but I have never had a negative experience with them. They are always polite and quick to resolve any issues that arise. We had one minor snafu with the after-hours call service when our air conditioning failed the first summer that we were there. Management addressed it immediately the next day, and sent maintenance to install unit air conditioners until they could fix the issue. I would definitely recommend living on the top floor here as you can hear a lot of noise above you if you’re on the first or second. Some pros: there is a very nice outdoor pool available for free during the summer, plenty of parking, and a grocery store right within walking distance. It’s a great location as well.
