Terrible service; awful food, display was off, foods were thrown on the table, tasted like microwaved food; overall waste of time.
Would give it 0 stars, but unfortunately Unilocal won’t allow it. Don’t bother, the mall has better food at a cheaper rate.

Are their today ordered a burger and salad bar unfortunately every time I eat here they never smile I asked if I can have heat on where I was sitting waitress goes and asked manager and said it wouldn’t even matter or help if he put it on from where we were sitting that’s horrible to say to a guest and food wasn’t that great looked like a dead burger w cheese

No one at door to greet you. Just walked in and sat down as did others. A filthy dirty old woman came in with curlers and dirty finger nails walked in and helped herself to the salad bar with her fingers. I was mortified. The child manager was letting people eat from the salad bar while I was telling her that the whole bar needed to be changed out because of contamination. She had no idea what to do. Pretty grossed out right now.

Went here for lunch today and we were seated immediately. Our waiter Craig was super nice and attentive and always stopped by our table to make sure we had everything we needed! We started off with the Long Island iced tea and spiked frozen strawberry lemonade. The spiked lemonade was super tangy but sooo good!!! For food, we ordered shrimp fondue for starters, and the petite sirloin with lobster tail and the half rack of ribs (two ways– raging cajun and Texas dry rub seasoning). The Texas dry rub flavor was so good but since it was a dry rub the ribs weren’t as moist but it was still good! All in all a good place to eat when you’re at Willowbrook Mall.

Haven’t visited yet, but hope the servers are better mannered than the person who answered the phone when I called with a question!
Went tonight and the personnel were friendly and professional. Food was delicious.

I’ll up my review one star to 4 on this visit for a couple things. First, a couple pet peeve’s of mine were on par during this visit. First, a fresh lemon wedge was included with every refill of my drink. Second, the inside of the ketchup bottle was clean (and it wasn’t a new bottle, it was less than ½ full). It’s SO GROSS to open up any condiment and you see old, crusty _(fill in the blank)_ under the cap. So kudos to you guys on that!
My wife and I ordered the salad bar combo (her the quesadilla and I the Buffalo Chicken Sliders, with fries). Both were very yummy and my wife commented on how good the Pico De Gallo was that came on the side of her meal. The salad bar was clean and has a very decent spread… and those pumpernickel crutons. Yummy!!!
With a coupon we found on Retail me not (5 off of 15+), it came to 18ish for our meal. Our server was very courteous, albeit a bit slow… But that’s ok, sometimes you hit a triple instead of a home run!

I think it was okay. I mean the food is really cheap and fast but it’s not so great. I personally go there for the salad bar but I friend (who doesn’t like salad) thinks the proportions are really small and never get filled up.

Located inside Willowbrook Mall. Came here to avoid driving home during rush hour and it also happened to be happy hour at the bar. They dont have a special happy hour menu for food, only thing is the regular hamburger is $ 5 and $ 1 off appetizers. Service from bartender and staff was excellent. Food was good as well. Would return again.
** Didn’t know this when I was there but if you sign up for their email on the ruby tuesday website, you get a free appetizer.

Food was good. Rest room was clean. Salad bar was maintained. Good spot for a burger and a beer. Don’t know if I would try any of the upper end food. But if you want a fast mall break stop in.

This was my first time at any Ruby Tuesday. Had a coupon and decided it would nice to try lunch at Ruby Tuesday. I had a steak covered with Portobello mushrooms, a baked potato and unlimited salad bar. Everything was good and I especially enjoyed the steak which was seasoned perfectly.
Service was fast and friendly, and the salad bar was good enough to go back for a few second helpings.
I liked the food and it is a good place to go for lunch. I’ll probably do lunch there again.

We go for the salad bar, it’s got a great selection of fresh veggies and is usually well stocked and attended to.
The dishes seem to be less fresh and more packaged lately. The sides used to be better quality, anyway they are a very inexpensive dinner out, so I guess you get what you pay for.
The service is always friendly and efficient so no real complaints there.
I am giving 3 stars due to the food quality, other wise the place is a good mall restaurant.

The food is pretty good, but on regular menu you can get two sides or a side and salad bar but specials you can only get two sides and salad bar can’t be substituted which makes no sense. Service is hit or miss, last time we were going to order dessert but waitress so slow we just asked for the check and went over to the Dairy Queen.

Although this chain offers a wide variety of entrees, including some that are within the healthy calorie range, the one feature that we enjoy the most is the salad bar. While so many places are offering so called salad bars that contain cold cuts grain salads, lots of potatoes, starch and fat, Ruby Tuesday has really kept their salad bar about 90% salad and salad makings. In addition to the usual leafy vegetables, you can find things like fresh peas, zucchini, fresh mushrooms, freshly cut bell pepper, and enough other interesting items, to make a salad meal appealing.
For the last few times our visits focused mostly on the salad bar, and we were very satisfied. This particular Ruby Tuesday can be a bit noisy, given its proximity to the center of the mall. However, the noise level depends mostly on the time of day, the day of the week, and the number of people shopping. Overall, I give it a fairly high grade for a mall restaurant.

Service truly Sucks! We were told to wait ten minutes… When I looked over in the dining area, the server was walking around like «doo dah doo dah», then about two minutes later they sat a couple down who had just walked into the restaurant. We were then seated and our server introduced herself. After taking our order, she never came by to check on us… Anyway don’t look for me @ Ruby Tuesday… And I’m sure there will be more people opting to eat at other restaurants nearby… Hint… Cheesecake Factory

I never like Ruby Tuesday but we decided to give it another try.
We really will not going back to Ruby Tuesday any time soon.
The SERVICE was great. The serve was very friendly and attentive .
That’s were it all ends.
RUBY TUESDAY needs to give better quality
food and with larger portions.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was a
6 ounce patty. For the prices they charge the quality and portions could be better.
My wife order sliders that came with the salad bar. Sliders were average and the salad bar did not have anything to go crazy over.
For appetizer we ordered a Thai shrimp .
The flavor was good but the shrimp had to much batter on it, which fools you into thinking the shrimp are larger.
Drinks were good and my wife liked the Ruby Relaxer .
Other than that your average place !!

I like this chain. Their salad bar is delicious ESPECIALLY the pumpernickel croutons! Always warm and chewy. The pasta and broccoli salad is amazing too along with the multitude of toppings. One of my fav meals is the mini slider burgers w salad bar combo. It’s a fair price and really yummy. Their steaks are tasty too and so are their specialty drinks. Really good!
