Solely based off the food, meaning dinner not cheesecake– i would have given more stars. However the cheesecake left me questioning all the hype. And the service was mediocre at best. I asked for lemon in my water, and lime in my drink – both of these were not brought, despite that it was an easy task. This is why i shouldnt have expected much when i asked for my food to go. She said alright happily and smiling… but never brought me a to go bag. As a past server, im aware that it all about the little things and good service. A 90 dollar bill and didnt get my left overs.

Not as great as the Cheesecake Factory at Riverside Square Mall in Hackensack. I was sorely disappointed. The service sucked and the food took forever to come out. I expected better from this location.

Was surprised to see only 3 stars for them. We usually have great service when we go. Can never get enough buffalo blasts. The only complaint I have is they freeze the butter. You cant expect the butter to not rip the bread while frozen. Step 1. When receiving the butter packetts, either hold closely, and blow hot air continuously onto the packetts till soft or Step 2, hide packetts under the warm bread and let it work its magic. Bread good. Food good. Service, good. *Joeys voice from Friends…

Service sucks! NOTWORTHTHEPRICES! Ten dollars for slapped together frozen food! Not good for vegans/vegetarians. Very flavorless food while older customers can not read the menu as the lights are too dim! Sucks sucks suck! Ghetto human beings only hype this restaurant an wait two hours for a table! Very over priced! How can five customers have a birthday on the same day, in the same restaurant, within a thirty minute time spand within a close range to each table?! Over a one hour wait for food to come to the table! Stop waiting/wasting your money on this mediocre flavorless food! Never look forward going to this restaurant! Stop hypeing flavorless restaurants!

Such a huge menu, I always have a hard time deciding what to have. Recently had the Mac and cheese burger and wasn’t impressed at all. Same with the spinach dip app, it was just missing something. Both items lacked flavor. Have also tried the hibachi steak in the past with was very good, a couple a pasta dishes which seem to be my go to here. Also their salads which are huge!

Where to begin with this lovely place … Their menus are amazingly diverse with everything from a salad to a piece of cake. The only thing i would like everyone to know is if you come here, come HUNGRY! The sizes of their proportions are enough for you to share with someone and STILL not finish it all the way! I have brought home so much food from this place that tastes amazing the next day as if i brought it home that morning! Their desserts are the best part because they must make them from scratch, especially the cheesecakes! Highly recommend you start off with one entrée or appetizer and go from there if you are a first timer!

First and last time eating in this establishment. I came here on a Sunday night with 9 people. They told us our table was ready before they even cleared it so we stood there waiting as they cleaned. I ordered an omelette since I figured it was a safe meal. It’s hard to screw up an omelette right? Wrong. Not only did they forget to cook my omelette and I got my meal after all my friends were already halfway done but they never brought me toast. I ended up just eating the bread and butter they put on the table in the beginning of the meal admit dinner. The omelette had a really bad taste to it. I’m thinking the spinach was old and slimy. Who knows. I can only speculate but all I can say for sure is I will not be back.

Come here once a week, take away at the bar, spend $ 100, and it’s NEVER right. Also, takes over an hour cause they are either killing the chicken or cow in the back.

Back for our annual Christmas lunch today. Peppermint Bark Cheesecake is back! We were seated promptly. Our server came quickly. Her name was Ebony. She was excellent. She was very professional. We were visited to see if we needed anything just enough without being pestered. Her service was very timely for desert, clear table, check, and exit! Very good! The food was great. My daughters burger was well done which is not how she prefers. She was so hungry she didn’t care. She took her Peppermint Cheesecake to go. For me the lunch size Cobb Salad was huge and naturally I ate the whole thing. I also ate half the complimentary bread. I sit right there and enjoy the cheesecake! I had the Vanilla Bean which is now one of my favorites. By the time we left around 1PM the place was packed and people were waiting for a table. They still don’t have turkey. It doesn’t matter, I can always find something to go with my Cheesecake!

Lunch with my daughter on a Thursday. Good service and ok food. Always crowded and always seems they rush you. I do like some of their dishes though.

Their cheesecake was excellent, but my dinner was bland. We had to wait two hours for a table. That is not an exaggeration. I wanted to leave, but was outvoted by the people I was with. The server was apologetic, but it really didn’t matter.

Mmm. Cheesecake. The décor is nice(somewhat Las Vegas casino-y? but one of the classy ones) but I like it. It is usually crowded here in my experience, and I’m sure getting closer to Christmas is only going to make that worse. Still going to have better lucky here than at the food court! I do like that they have a whole«skinnylicious» menu. Some restaurants have their light options and list 4 – 6 options. This has a lot of great choices. And as cheesecake is a requirement, it’s usually best to go light for the entrée. I always try to try a different cheesecake, so this time went with the 30th anniversary which is «Layers of Our Original Cheesecake, Fudge Cake and Chocolate Truffle Cream.» It was rich and sweet without going overboard, although with the size of the slices(and the cost) you really have to share. Still every slice I’ve had has been so tasty but I only indulge on rare occasions. The menu overall is a little pricey but has good variety, so it’s definitely a good option if you are at the mall already and want to mix it up from the food court but it will likely be busy and some of the tables are really close together.

A first impression is always a lasting one. Upon being seated, we were nicely greeted by our server Ashley W. She was fantastic — rite on spot with refills, not pushy or overbearing. Dinner for three was great, everyone had something different, and the food was outstanding. I’d definitely return. Reason for 4 stars and not five, it’s noisy, and the table lighting could be a bit brighter.

The food here is good, but the dining area is a mad house. It’s like a cheesecake warehouse on Black Friday. A bit pricey, yet the food seems worth it. I’ve tried a few different things from the menu & have yet to be disappointed. They also have a really good veggie burger for a healthy option when you’re not in the mood for a steak. But seriously, their steaks taste awesome! One of my favorites is the Steak Diana

Had lunch with my girlfriend. The dining are was clwan and neat. I had Chicken Chipotle Pasta which I liked the taste of it. It was midly spicy Chipotle taste. It would be good for the people who likes mild spice. Grilled Salmon was nothing special. Too me a while to get the food after ordering but the Waiter gave us free warm bread while we wait for the entrée which was good. It’s bit pricy for the college student like myself for the food even though it was a lunch special.

My boyfriend and i came here for lunch and we ordered grilled salmon, which comes with mashed potato and broccoli, and chipotle pasta. The waiter offered us some bread while waiting for our entrées. A little bit too pricey for lunch specials. But the food was okay and had overall good experience.

Came here last night with my girlfriend for the first time ever after only hearing about this place from the comfort of my home browsing thru commercials. The place in general is a bit difficult to be seated and when you finally are, The seating is rather on the tight side. Lacks room for private conversing. The service was okay. And the food was fine. The prices were a bit on the high side. But, you should know that coming here. Can one say they really went to the Cheesecake Factory if they left without ordering a cheesecake? I think not. After much indecision my girlfriend and I both concluded on the carrot cake cheesecake. Very delicious. It barely tasted like a cheesecakes. Melted in your mouth. Will return and order something more on the pricier side to see if lives up to standards! Till next time.

The food and drinks are solid like they always are at Cheesecake Factory; I can always rely on that. There guacamole however could use a dash of salt and line. Our server was great. She checked in on us at just the right amount of times and the bussers always asked before removing our dishes. We never felt pressure to order more than we did and to leave after we paid the check although when leaving we realized there was a long wait. I appreciated that kind of service for sure! I also love the loooooong booths.

Dining with my family is always an adventure. It’s very seldom that we find a place that meets all of our expectations. I’m proud to say that I’m adding TCF to that list. On a serious note everything about this place screams confusion. There’s so much going on with the menu that you may come off indecisive if your waiter or waitress approaches you within 5 minutes of being seated(which our waiter did). We started off with Tapas which consisted of Chicken Samosas, Mini Corn Dogs, & Cuban Rollers. Nothing was up to par when it came to the Tapas. My mommy ordered the Chicken Madeira & Steak Diane as her entrée. My dad ordered the Hibachi Steak as his entrée. I ordered the Bang-Bang Chicken & Shrimp entrée which wasn’t good at all. My meal was drenched in Curry Sauce & seemed as if an entire bottle of Coconut shavings was sprinkled all over my food. The Chicken & Shrimp was not served over the rice. It actually surrounded the Brown Rice that was placed in the middle of the plate. I ended up sending it back because it was painfully awful to take another bite. I couldn’t pretend to enjoy my meal even if my life depended on it. The waiter took it back without any qualms & replaced my entrée with the Chicken Madeira & Steak Diane entrée. My side was an order of Sweet Potato Fries. My entrée was great. The only negative thing I’ll say about it was the saltiness of the Sweet Potato Fries. A sprinkle of Sea Salt would’ve sufficed. What’s up with the extremely dim lights? I can’t see what I’m ordering. I can’t see what I’m eating. I don’t find this place to be on a romantic scale where the lights have to be so dim that my dining experience is negatively affected.
