I like to be acknowledged when I’m in the store, even if it’s just a simple hello. Ask if I need help or offer to hold my things because I’ve accumulated an arm load of items I want to try on, and you are even more awesome.
When my sister and I came yesterday around 3:30 pm yesterday, both workers at Ann Taylor greeted us and asked if we needed help. The store was kept impeccably neat and organized and it did help that not many other customers were shopping.
However, some of their items are starting to reach pricey IMO. $ 100 for black pants that pick up lint? Eh, I’ll pass. Then again, I did see a pair snakeskin print heels for less than $ 20 but they were final sale and only in size 9.5.
