This was not my first food choice today. I needed to eat while my blown-out tire was being replaced at nearby Sears Auto. I’ve been to the Paramus location before. I ordered the Veg Out pie. The pie comes out nice and hot and goes in very tasty. Nice varirty that you don’t see everywhere else.

Greatttt customer service, one of the best places to have lunch or dinner. Went with a few friends, employees were pretty friendly and full of energy. Shift leader Danny has the best customer service. Pretty awesome guy who hooked us up and made sure everything was on point. The pizza is amazing, even if it wasn’t, I would’ve still went just because of Danny’s customer service. Whoever reads this, make sure you see him if you have any problems.

It’s in the back of the food court of the mall by the Sears auto side… good part is they have their own seating away from the food court… first thoughts is man they have tons of options… The lady asked if it was my first time their and I told her yes! So what’s the best pizza!!! She said the white top… I went with it(writing my name on a paper so they know whos pizzas it was! Being a fatass I went and added custom additional toppings… chicken, bacon, Italian sausage, green pepper, red onions, mushroom, mozzarella, oregano, garlic, white sauce… took about five min in their BLAZIN oven and the drinks are free refill…#winning…pizza was awesome and cheeeeesy… with a drink every thing came to about 11 $ish …I ate everything because that’s what pizza monsters do haha

Perfectly cooked and deliciously fresh pizza! Will be back often! This review is by a pizza fanatic and connisuer! My order was just as I ordered, mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses. Applewood smoked bacon and fresh mushrooms with a finishing topping of fresh Arugula. Build your own for one low me price of $ 7.82. They have a customer/frequent buyer club on their own very own app that when you sign up you get a free fountain drink. App is available on iTunes for Apple iPhones. Cannot wait to go back for another pie of perfection!

Delicious! My boyfriend suggested this place. The Unilocal reviews were okay, not too strong so we took a chance. I love the concept of this place. Pick your pizza sauce, cheese and toppings. Freshly baked in three minutes. Hot & delicious pizza and at a great cost! We each got a pizza & beverage and cost $ 16. Very reasonable and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got a simple cheese pie & I got mine with italisn sausage. It was so yummy! Highly recommend this place. Check it out ! Side note: I was a little overwelmed at first but the female at the beginning point of the assembly line was warm, welcoming & knowledgable. Made the experience that much better!

Just like the Paramus location, I’ve now been back here after the Unilocal Elite event. So now I can publicly thank them for welcoming Unilocal with open arms. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the waitstaff on Pi Day 2016. The line snaked halfway through the food court and nerves were clearly frazzled. Some workers smiled through it all, some were just working at breakneck pace to try to get things done. One worker went back to bring out a fresh bin when I asked for spinach and it was empty. Especially given the circumstances, I really want to commend all of them.(They were out of blood orange lemonade. I’m sure they just ran out because it was so popular, and with the amount of other things to handle, they couldn’t find time to make more. I really will not hold this against them.) A special five stars for everything above, and for the general friendliness, and the quickness of service once you do get to your order. It may have been the day, but they were not very communicative this time about when the next person would take my order, so I found myself guessing at who to talk to next. It would have actually made their lives easier because I could then have moved through more quickly. Then again, they also had a number switch on the pies at the end, so I’m inclined to think the whole thing was just Pi Day.($ 3.14 pies. Anything you want on the pie. It’s insane that they do this at all, let alone after going through this madness in prior years.) I have to keep my head on straight though. This isn’t NY style pie. This is semi-artisan, but not really part of any one category. It’s not even meal-on-a-crust. It’s just unique. The fact that you can add as many toppings as you like for one price gets me every time. I can eat an entire regular NY/NJ style pizza, but I get full after eating one much smaller Blaze pizza with all those toppings. That’s pretty good for a price under $ 10. And the blood orange lemonade is addictive. I’ve tried other Willowbrook food court options. There’s really nothing else there worth mentioning. Skip the chicken bourbon-teriyaki and the Philly-style cheese-style steak-style sandwich and get in line at Blaze!

Love blazed pizza! It’s so much healthier than the typical pizza. Their crust is thin and you can creat your own toppings. They aren’t cheap with the toppings so you just have to ask for more. You don’t ask more, they don’t give more. For those that are less adventurous, there are specialty pies that have the ingredients already planned out for you or you can order 1 topping pie or plain cheese pizza. They also have chicken salad and side salad pre made fresh everyone day nearby the cashiers. This is located in Willowbrook Mall as soon as you walk into the mall from the food court area, it’s on your right hand side. The service is great. I know it’s a fast food place but the workers walk around and asks if everything is okay, checking upon their customers. Besides some chick fil a restaurants, I don’t know another fast food place does that.

Located in front of the Willowbrook Mall food court is this Blaze Pizza. This is a fairly new location that recently opened. They have the typical Blaze options with make your own Pizza and Salads. I usually order the build your own pizza and get all the toppings from chicken, pepperoni, peppers, roasted garlic, and basil. Once you select all your toppings, the pie goes in the oven for 180 seconds. The thin crust pizza usually has a little burnt crust but they cut them off anyway. The restaurant itself is clean and they sometimes do ask you about your pizza so you can speak to them about your experience. If you haven’t ate Blaze Pizza give them a try.

The pizza is amazing !!! Four stars Staff gets no stars. The manager was playing with his hair on top of the food and did not wash his hands. The customer service was horrible . As a first time customer I was looking forward to the experience of building my own pizza and had a few questions about their product. The young lady that was working did not care to explain nor did she care to answer my question about the selection.

Originally tried Blaze for a Unilocal Elite event. They handed us a free coupon for a pie so naturally I had to go back and get another. I did the make your own pie and threw on some mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, spinach, mushrooms, roasted garlic and some pesto drizzle at the end. The pesto drizzle is amazing. Great way to top it off! This pizza is delicious. I love all the choices you get. And if you don’t want to build your own you can chose one of their signature pies. Best part is your pizza is done in about 5 minutes from start to finish. Staff here is very friendly. There’s a dining area so you don’t have to sit in the food court of the mall if you don’t want to. Can’t wait to build my next pie! Oh and don’t forget to try the blood orange lemonade!

Love this place! Its tucked away in the very end — back of the food court — of the willowbrook mall, however has its own entrance towards the back. There’s also tons of seating for Blaze Pizza customers, with a fountain station that offers free refills. You’d be foolish not to build your own pizza here, as there are tons of good high quality ingredients. And the wait time for the pizza is not very long at all — i think it was like a couple of minutes — which will probably depend on how many ingredients you choose to add to your pizza. One pizza is probably good for two people, which for $ 8+ ish is kind of a good deal from my perspective.

Blaze figured out a way to serve personal pizza quick, with tons of healthy options and at a very reasonable price. And they have a Vegan Cheese option!!! Choose from a list of signature pizzas or build your own in minutes. The whole process is simple and requires minimal time. Blaze has tons of options for meat, cheese and veggies. Don’t forget the spicy tomato sauce — delicious. From pepperoni to Gorgonzola and artichokes — wide variety of toppings. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will call your name when the pizza is ready. One personal pie will fill you up. Blaze has a modern seating environment with regular tables and bar style community tables. There’s a S’mores melted desert option too. I will be back.

I had the pleasure of meeting so many Unilocalers at this great Pizza place. The event organized by Sara M. was so nice. Thank You. Blaze… Clean, staff is awesome and patient. The location has its own entrance outside of the mall which is foreign to sweat coast guy. All good. The pizza dough is placed(round) is placed on a machine and pressed to perfection. The process is cool to witness, once it’s flattened the assembly line begins… One you decide what type of pie you want the ingredients.(toppings) are spread to your liking… This takes all but 2 – 3 min as you wait… Voila -/within 4 min your pie is out, and your name is called. Condiments are near, as the seats, lighting is warm and inviting to hang around… Thumbs up to Blaze for making Pizza the way you want to enjoy with a relatively conservative price point. Although they have s’mores I didn’t binge but probably would’ve enjoyed that too. Can’t go wrong, definitely will repeat and recommend to any pizza lovers to give Blaze a try.

This pizza is the SUGARHONEYICETEA! The make your own pizza is the best because you guessed it you can make it the way you want from the start of the sauce down to the seasonings. I am a frequent flyer of this place, which is not good for hips or waistline. Did i mention its cooked in brick oven and thin crust… oh yeah baby!!! Make your own personal size pizza $ 7.95 which isn’t bad and they are not stingy with the toppings either. Not small like pizza hut, but about 6 – 8 slices. Definitely filling. 1st start with your sauces classic, marinara or white. 2nd comes your cheese from shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese, fresh mozzarella balls, and ricotta. 3rd comes the meat — pepppeeroni, sausage, bacon, ham and etc. 4th veggies and fruits — mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapples, basil, spinach, and etc. 5th seasonings — oregano, whole garlic or chopped garlic, sea salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, and etc. The choices are endless. You can also order there variety of pizza they are already listed, if you cant think of your type of pizza. The price is around $ 7.00. They have soda, but I would recommend the lemonade or the blood orange. The are both good and not overly sweet. You can dine in or take it go. This place allows for so many options, which makes this place Blazin Amazin! It is in the mall, which makes it easier for you to walk away those pounds. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back, which have done! Enjoy my friends!

After a long day of shopping… I needed to eat something and saw the food court opened up a new food stand… Blaze fire Pizza… So now it seems anything«chipotle» style is in… and that’s exactly the setup for Blazed PIzza… It’s such a cool experience, they have 3 different types of sauces about 20 toppings 4 types of meats and unlike Chipotle they are not stingy with putting toppings on the pizza… I literally put everything on my pie … What can I say I’m a foodie… Now what was so impressive was how fast it took the pizza to get done. I felt like I was watching an episode of the Jetsons … Pizza went in the oven buttons were pressed and in matter of seconds my pizza was done… And it was soooo delicious… From now on whenever in willowbrook mall … I’ll definitely stop by here… And did I mention that no matter how many toppings u put on your pizza it’s still $ 7.50? Can’t beat that…

Who would have thought a food court pizza kiosk would be so so so good?! I must admit, I am a pizza snob. So you can only imagine my skepticism about going to a pizza joint located in a mall. Blaze is to pizza, what Chipotle is to burritos. Blaze pizza offers fresh fixins for your personal pie at a low price($ 8.00). Their toppings are numerous. You can choose from a variety of vegetables, meats and sauces. Even more impressive, Blaze offers a variety of cheeses, even vegan cheese. Be prepared to unleash your inner pizzaiolo. What makes blaze so awesome is that you can put as many toppings on your pizza as you want! Moreover, the pizza«engineers» don’t skimp on the toppings! The pizza is is baked up in a flash(less than 5 minutes) in an gas fire oven… Yea, I know, not the same a brick oven, but it’s still good. Blaze’s pizza dough is wonderful; not too thick, but not too think either. Blaze manages to find the perfect pizza dough algorithm by creating a pie that has the proper balance of crispiness and doughyness. In addition, Blaze’s pizza sauce is splendid. I have tried the classic, the white sauce and the spicy. The classic sauce is a tangy marinara style sauce that will please the most discerning of palettes. The white sauce is a mild alfredo-esque sauce that is mildly salty and savory. The spicy is a fire inspired sauce, which I thought could have used a little more heat. Overall, I am a fan of Blaze pizza. For fast food, that doesn’t feel like fast food, Blaze is a sure bet. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The easiest way to describe this spot is by being honest. They most probably don’t like to be compared to these establishments, but it can’t be helped, so here goes. This is the love child of Little Caesars and Subway. You order your pizza at the counter, get whatever topping you like on it. You can even pick from their set pizzas where you don’t have to think about the toppings, they just build it for you by name. From there you go to the assembly line where you watch them assemble your pizza through a glass case. You can even add whatever you like to a set pizza. I saw grape tomatoes, so I asked for it. You get the to end of the line. They stick your pizza in a brick over and then you pay for you meal. From here they hand you a cup for your beverage of choice. Pick out a seat and wait for your name to be called. Concept if pretty good, took less than 20 minutes for the pizza to get done. You just can’t compare the taste of pizza that’s fresh out of a brick over. The earthy finish that comes with all that good fresh ingredients are out of this world. I had a great experience here at Blaze, the food was good, the service was nice and the venue is top knotch. It does help to corner the far side of the food court, where it’s quiet and less crowded. Weeeeee!

This is Blaze’s new and second location in NJ. Stopped by to take them up on their free pizza offer in celebration for their grand opening. Though the line was pretty long, the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff worked hard and did a good job at keeping up with the flow. Being the pain in the butt that I always am, I opted for a half red vine(ovalini mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, basil, red sauce and olive oil drizzle), half white top(white cream sauce, mozzarella, bacon, garlic, oregano with argula). Their pies are personal sized so fitting all of that on an 11 inch pie was no easy feat but they accommodated me and my crazy request. As I suspected my order threw the staff off as they stumbled and staled as to what toppings to go on my pie and where. They messed up at first(added mushrooms which they removed once I explained it didn’t belong there) but they were extremely nice and apologetic despite being swamped. My pie finally went into the oven and came out hot, crisp and with a little burnt which I enjoyed. I was upset they almost forgot to add my argula to my white top half(I had to remind them) but once I bit into my slice of white top … all was forgiven. The toppings tasted fresh, the cherry tomatoes were juicy. Both mozzarella cheeses were great tasting though I will probably end up choosing the ovalini mozzarella for future orders. They used chopped up garlic that wasn’t overbearing. The bacon is more like bacon bits. I tasted the pie both hot and cold. Equally as great tasting. Great alternative to eating a slice of pizza that’s been just sitting around. Can’t wait to try their other signature pizzas!
