Tattoo Factory II

Went here many years ago for a tattoo on my ankle. The artist was new and she did not do a good job at all. Uneven and thick outlines and the tattoo just never looked right. Thank goodness it was on my ankle. Years later I went to a different shop and had the whole thing covered up. Maybe when you have a new artist someone should be in there to guide and supervise a little.

I have had 2 tattoos done here by Casey and he has done a very good job both times. I would like him to do my next one as well once I decide where to put it and which design to choose. He is nice, friendly and puts you at ease. Great job.

I got a tattoo done year years ago. Nothing major, just a small-​medium sized tattoo on my wrist, black ink only. The girl that did my tattoo kept telling me that my skin didn’t take well to ink. This isn’t true at all. I have other tattoos that are much older, and are much darker and show little to no fading. This tattoo began showing «fade» while it was still healing. She obviously didn’t go deep enough so the tattoo is splotchy. I went back some time later to see if they would do a free touch up and because the artist was no longer with the company, they said they would have to charge me full price. I didn’t get the touch up. I will never go to them for another tattoo for this reason. The tattoo itself isn’t bad. The only problem with it is the the «faded» look that didn’t come with time. It should have been a quick and easy fix. There are other parlors that told me they’d charge me less for the touch up than this place quoted me. I guess those are the places that will get my business from now on.

Originally I went to another shop and they werent able to assist me. Luckily I found The Tattoo Factory! Mike the Artist was calm and provided the info and reassurance I needed. I love it!

I’m very happy with my new art. If you’re thinking about getting some new ink talk to Britney. She took time to do a nice job and she’s real easy to talk to.

I went here because it was recommended to me by several people. I got a piercing done, in which the artist asked me to hold the clamp for my own piercing. I also received my third tattoo here– this was a big mistake. It was poorly done, the lines are very unsmooth in both thickness and shape. I have more complaints as well.
