Clueless and lazy staff and managers making your holiday shopping experience even worse. It was also not busy when I came in here. Especially avoid store pickup at any cost as I ended up wasting over 2 days until everything got sorted out. I am also sick and tired of hearing their excuses. The manager was less then willing to help and made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor when I asked for my item to be expedited. I will be solely shopping online this point forward to avoid this huge waste of time.

Cashier was clueless and lazy. An add on item that was supposed to be $ 4.99 after spending $ 50 was scanning full price. Instead of calling over the manager, she proceeds to tell me my new total(which was CLEARLY more than $ 4.99 of the previous total which was in the $ 50’s) was $ 70 something. Really? Can we not do math? When I told her I didn’t want the item she said she could call over the manager. I said no, it’s OK, I won’t take the item. I then used store credit to complete the purchase, and she proceeds to throw out the card after scanning it, with the remaining credit on it. I told her I had a balance, and she told me no. I said that there was no possible way that the card had the EXACT amount I was spending on it, and then looked at the receipt and showed her my balance. She then handed me back the store credit. PAYCLOSEATTENTION when checking out at that place!

Workers are really helpful and eager to help. It’s hard to find any business that really cares about its customers anymore, but you won’t find such negligence here. Also, they usually have what many other Toys R Us stores are sold out of.
