Let me start off saying I love DQ ice cream. That being said, why is it whenever I go through this drive thru, the first thing I hear is ‘Welcome to Dairy Queen, I will be with you in a minute ‘. Yesterday this happened again and after 5 minutes I decided to leave. I wouldn’t mind waiting at all, if they were busy. There was NO one else in the drive thru! They need serious customer service training. I’ll go to Antietam Dairy or stop in Hagerstown when I need DQ from now on.
