We come here often during the summers and love it! We have come every Christmas since 2010 for free coffee and have had a great time. We usually come in the mornings since we’re up early on Christmas Day. However, we had to change our plans this year and come later in the day. Little did we know how busy it would be and how under-​prepared they would be. We went with a couple of friends, and one person waited for 30 minutes for his food. That’s not to bad since the employees said that it would be 20 – 25 minutes for food. However, the rest of us waited over an hour for MTO food. One of us ordered a specialty coffee and never got it since the MTO person, YES ONE PERSON, said he hadn’t gotten to specialty drinks yet since he was trying to keep up with just food orders. So we asked for a refund for the coffee and got it, but the cashier was not friendly or apologetic about the issues.
The line for the cash register wrapped around multiple aisles because the place was so busy and had ONE CASHIER! Free coffee is great, but they have to anticipate that people will come to get food and other things if they are coming for free coffee, especially considering people really like their food and services. If a business is going to be open on Christmas, considering American families are changing the ways they spend Christmas Day and are going out more during the day, that business HAS TO BE PREPARED!

This place, like most Sheetz, is very clean. The employees are kind. Best place for gas in Waynesboro.
