I love Penney’s. Their prices are excellent, the people are extremely helpful, and the stores are not crammed. I wish more people would think of Penney’s, especially for clothes for their kids and the parents. No, I don’t work for them. But if people don’t buy from JCP, we’ll lose them.

Despite the fact that Penney’s has fallen on hard times lately they are stills good place to shop.
My wife’s grandfather worked for Penney’s his whole working career and he would be deeply distressed to see what has happened to Penney’s.
I hope they return to their old values and ways and become successful again
