I went in on June 1^st. After having an eye exam the General Manager Denise was helping me pick out frames and said they would have them done in just a few hours for me. At first I was very impressed, but I am leaving one star and here is why:
The glasses were not done in the «2 to 3 hours» they quoted me. In fact, I called there a week later to confirm that they were ready. Nope.
It’s already been a week after they said they would be ready for me, so I ask them just to cancel the order so that I can go some where else (some where else that doesn’t con and steal from their customers) That’s when the GENERAL MANAGER DENISE told me that she COULD NOT REFUND my money. (Ha! Unlikely story. What kind of management is that?) Then she proceeds to try and make my glasses without the reflective frames I PAID EXTRA for. I told her no. If she could refund that money, then I want it ALL back.
Today I went in, 18 days later, and they STILL were not ready for me. They had put them on «hold» because they knew I wanted to cancel the order, but then they tried to tell me yet again that they could not actually do that. WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT? Have them ready or be prepared to give refunds.
Anyway, all this to say, stay far away from this place if you want things done quickly, efficiently and with good customer service. I will not be returning. EVER.

Don’t say you care so much about someone’s time if you obviously don’t.

Olivia is the most knowledgable person at this place. She will explain everything clearly & will make you feel comfortable about every detail regarding prescription, lenses, & frames. Because of her I feel confident that both my girl & husband glasses are what they really need when a day before I asked someone else in the same place & the attendant knew nothing. Thank you Olivia
