This place is disgusting, and that’s coming from someone whom, as a teenager, LOVED Panda Express. You would be better off going to the food court in the mall because at least there you have a better chance of getting food that hasn’t been in the bins since they opened, serving you hard, dry, and lukewarm food like that’s just okay. Most of all, stay away from their Beijing Beef and egg rolls. The beef is fried for some reason, hard and flavorless. The egg rolls, I don’t know… it’s just funky, and I’m usually pretty obsessed with egg rolls. Just go to Sarku Japan in the mall, or better yet 888 Bistro for some made to order Chinese food. Weekdays they do lunch until 4, always have awesome happy hour specials, the price is about the same as Panda, and the food is sooooooooo freaking good. Screw Panda Express! Ew!

This place will surely make me fat. From their chow mein to their orange chicken. Its absolutely surprising that panda express almost maintained the sweetness and the tenderness of their orange chicken. With this, I finally conclude that Panda Express has the best Asian Food! Not the best in service but definitely not the worst.

The food is ok. I like how they offer veggies for a side. The drive thru is the worst. Takes 30 min every time.

Good tasting food, but the drive through services was the slowest I’ve ever waited. There was one car in line that I waited behind for about 7 minutes and all they were passed through the window was a drink.

Giving two stars for the obvious decrease in size of takeout container with no decrease in price! Really, do you think customers don’t notice? Not buying from you again. You should be ashamed of the size of the container – measures maybe 6 inches wide container where food is placed and then it is shaped like a like a cone so the food is stacked so you don’t get a perfect square in each compartment! Food quality was marginal at most. I am very disappointed and will not return.:(

Yes food is great but this location for past 2 years has been horrible drive thru experience. Even if theirs only 2 cars in the drivethru you will be waiting a good easy 20minutes.

This is what I call a guilty pleasure. When you are in a hurry but want to satisfy your asian food craving, this is the spot. Some call it fake chinese food, but I call it delicious. I’m not sure what that says about my palate, but honestly, who cares! Sad thing is that they do not have one in Pearland… yet, its coming soon though! I always go with the chow mein as my side, and atleast orange chicken as one of my entrees. I change up my second entrée with different things, but usually kung pao chicken is one of my top choices. Their fried rice is decent, but their chow mein is awesome. Now the orange chicken, that stuff is addicting. I love how tender the chicken always is, but it also has that nice crispy exterior. Its sweet and a little spicy. The kung pao definitely has a slight kick to it. Its made with zucchini and peanuts which add great texture. Their chicken egg rolls are tasty as well. If you can’t decide, they always let you sample the other dishes. Fake or not, I love me some Panda!

Finally a decent Panda restaurant! My last two experiences at other locations were horrific. We arrived an hour before closing time. The line up of food was full and looked fresh and appetizing. The Orange Chicken was as good as always and the Teriyaki Chicken was also really good although the portion looked twice the normal size. I’m not complaining mind you but there was an awful lot of chicken on my plate. There were quite a few people in line behind us and the line was moving slower than I’m used to seeing. The restaurant was fairly clean except for a few tables that needed wiping down. The servers were friendly and the manager even came over to see how we were doing. All in all what one would expect from a Panda Express Restaurant.

Kung pao shrimp was good but fried rice not their signature quality. Had a black bug in my rice for which it should have been taken care if immediately. But the lady has a big question mark and called the manager who seems confused as it was my fault. Agrees to swap a new plate and promises a refund which I did not want as I was gonna pay for what I eat. They should have discarded the entire rice tray and offered everyone in the dining area a new plate but they choose not to. Stupid mentality. I am ok with mistakes not in control of us but you really stand out by choosing to do the right thing after you discover it. I pity those people that ate the fried rice from that tray.

Five star services from Jennifer! Thank you for taking care of my family and making their order perfect. The shrimp is out of this world.

I appreciate the steamed veggies and the diet peach green tea. I drop in for those two reasons. While it is fast food, I feel like it is worth a trip every now and then. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I took off a star because my food is never hot. It is warm, but not hot.

I love this place! All of the staff are awesome and very considerate and polite! It also helps that the food is great and not ridiculously expensive… Will always come back!

The place is great! We come to eat here all the time(mainly just for the orange chicken) although it just depends on which resteraunt you go to and when you go! For example at lunch time, the food is well and freshly cooked. At 8:30 the food is cold and not fresh.

The food wasn’t cooked all the way through after I waited for half an hour to get it and while it wasn’t cheap… It wasn’t too pricey either… Has potential to be good but wasn’t today

I met my friend here the other day because she really wanted to eat here, but I am vegetarian so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything to eat or worse, that it would just be the sad plate of raw veggies that vegetarians are usually forced to eat. When I explained my situation to those working there, not only were they happy to whip something up just for me, but they discounted the price because i wasn’t eating meat. It was such a great experience, I definitely will be coming back!

I love the food for a Chinese drive thru! However, this place quits making food within like 2 hours of their closing time thus only having a limited menu available. I called last night ahead of time of driving thru there at 7:50pm and was told they currently had everything but they run out between 8:15pm and 8:30pm. This is CRAZY to me! A restaurant should have all food and services available until closing. There are routine closing rituals down when any business closes for the day. But those are employee hours NOT business hours. Business hours means when the business is available for services. Not sure if this is at all Panda Expresses but I really think if the company knew this was happening they would not approve. Bad bad business and I know several people who don’t go here because of this. They are losing major profits!
