King Buffet Chinese Restaurant

If any Chinese buffet in the area deserves a good rating it’s this one. I rated it 4 stars because I’m not sure any buffet rates 5. I would have given it 4 ½ if that had been an option.
I came here several years ago and it was good then. I haven’t been back because it’s a little far from home. My friend and I came here because our choice, Thai Stellar, was closed for repairs. He grimaced a little when I suggest this place, probably because of the distance and never having eaten here before. After he ate he was pleased with my choice.
It’s standard buffet fare but the food is the tastiest of any buffet in the area. Servers were pleasant and parking is easy. I don’t eat fish but my friend liked the sushi.

It s Chinese buffet, like anywhere else. At least food are hot. :-)
Nothing really stand out. I come because i m soooo hungry and i can eat 4 plates.
Other people eat more than i do and they seem happy.

My boyfriend and I ate here and I thought the service was great! Very friendly staff. They also had a lot to choose from the rolls are very tasty! Decent desert selection. We will be back.

Just average. At 7:30 on a Saturday night the restaurant was ¼ occupied. Fairly quiet. Food was sub par tasting, Luke-​warm tempurature, Sushi is unmarked and I saw several flies about, and the service not much better. Not the worst but not the best. 25.00 for two with a tea and soda. Although, the hostesses were very cheerful.

Was in the mood for Chinese buffet. Stopped by here. Sushi bar selection was good, and sushi rolls were not bad for buffet sushi. Rest of the buffet, average at best. Cured my craving, but won’t hurry back.

After going shopping around Bay Area Blvd in Webster, TX, looking for a restaurant, came upon this restaurant inside a small shopping complex. I ate my fair share of buffet and to me, if you ate one, you ate them all. The food was just like any other buffet, your traditional fried rice, lo mien, pepper steak, kung pao, fried biscuits, hot and sour soup, wonton soups.
The only difference between this and any other places is. it’s actually taste very good. The fried rice was not greasy not your ordinary Chinese buffet. It actually taste very good. It had your traditional ingredients, but what makes it set apart is the bean sprouts. Usually they will leave this out of fried rice, but here, they didn’t. The LoMien, they need to work on, way too much soy sauce for me to eat.
The sushi bar is not extravagant, but it has their fair share of good combination. It was all maki rolls, so don’t expect to get a nigiri or sashimi here. There was one in particular that I really enjoyed. A sweet tofu with seaweed salad and spicy mayo shrimp. That was a delight. It was spicy, sweet and savory.
This place is very small, so the buffet line is not as big. When its not big, that means its more quality and quantity, and this place shows it. Yes, there are a few things that needs improvements, but with the price I pay. I think it’s pretty much great.

Love a chinese buffet, get a nibble of a whole bunch of dishes as opposed to just 1 or 2. King buffet is fine, tho it does very little separate itself from other Chinese buffets. Price is an ok value, service is decent.

The new owners of this restaurant have made this place one of my family’s favorite places to indulge. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the owners are so friendly! They remembered our names after the first time we visited! The lady owner makes incredible balloon animals that she gives away to children, which has always been a winner with my two young ones. The only thing I wish they would change is to increase the sushi options, but other than that, I have no complaints. I am definitely going to visit this restaurant again and again!

We decided to eat here at the last minute, my boyfriend and I were both really hungry and were in the mood for Chinese. They have all your basic buffet food, it all seemed really fresh, the sesame chicken was really good, a lot of places make it way too sweet. My boyfriend really liked the fried fish. This is now our go to Chinese buffet.

My family and I used to enjoy eating here years ago. The buffet had a lot of choices, but we started noticing everything tastes basically the same. The quality of the food is more like fast food Chinese.

Swear to God EVERYTHING was fried or full of sugar. NO vegetables! Enough said.

My family loves this place! The food is always fresh and the staff is always trying to make my kiddos smile. Last time they even gave my three year old a ballon because she told them hi in Chinese. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because of the bathroom and the way you have to get to it. I always feel like I have to walk thru a storage closet to get to it.

No Buffet is good and this is the worst. I tossed my cookies after having to eat here at a business lunch.
Others do like it but … NO… YUCK…
