Small portions, pricey. Rude service at the bar. Today we had lunch here and since there was a 20 minute wait for a table, we ate at the bar instead. Even though the bar was only half-occupied, the bartender was rude and obviously didn’t want to be bothered with us. The staff was real grumpy and it appeared that P. F. Chang’ s is not a happy place to work — nor to eat.

Great food. Poor customer service. Several times, as we (group) has waited in their inside sitting area, no one comes to take any drink or appetizer orders while we have a 30 minute wait. You would think that this would be a great time to make some more money. I hope they pay more attention to that inside waiting area or remove it away from next to the bar.
