I can’t recall a more vivid display of absolute disdain for the basics of customer service than that displayed by Joey«the manager» today. My wife and I had just spent over $ 200 on a custom framing job, and were surprised that there was no hanging wire. We decided to drive back to the store, assuming this was an oversight. Joey immediately dispelled this notion(as well as any illusion that he valued us as customers), with his offhand, dismissive pronouncement that«We don’t do that; it would crack the glass». When I mentioned that I had several heavier pictures hanging with wire in my house, it was immediately clear to me that I was now just wasting Joey’s time. He told me he could«get the framing manager, if you need to hear it from someone else.» At this point, I got annoyed. I told Joey that I found his attitude dismissive, that I felt like Aaron Brothers didn’t value me as a customer, expecting he might realize he was in danger of losing a customer. I should have saved my breath. Joey simply said«I’m not being dismissive». At this point, the very helpful Kiara walked up and tried to salvage the situation, actually using phrases like«I’m sorry», which apparently aren’t in Joey’s vocabulary. Sadly it was too late, though it did raise my review from one star to two. There are plenty of others venues that do custom framing in this area, I can’t see myself coming back here.

Walking into any Aaron Brothers Art & Framing is like a box of chocolates, you’re never sure what you’re going to get price-wise. This time around, I was looking for a 12X16 frame and most were 40% off. Of what? This Aaron’s is a bit smaller than their other stores that I have visited, but the selection is certainly here. This size had many less options, but the«Verona»(whatever that means) selection was pretty sweet in terms of look and price. Now all I have to do is figure out the right way to stick this somewhat heavy frame it in my suitcase for the journey home. Or shouldn’t I just buy it back in California?

You can find some good deals here if you wait for them. Got a really nice giant art portfolio here for super cheap, because it was on clearance, and it was the only one left of it’s kind. Normally these things go for $ 40 $ 50 bucks but I got it for $ 7!!! They have a good amount of art supplies, lots of frames and pre cut mat boards. They also do custom framing though I haven’t used their custom framing services here so far. I’ve only bought different art supplies. They are sometimes a better deal than Michael’s right next door. Don’t know why those two businesses are right next to each other, it’s like an art battle everyday non stop.

I love Aaron Brothers but most of all I love framing pictures. I bought 4 frames on sale for less than 8 bucks each. They were really nice 8×11 frames. They have a huge selection and offer custom framing. The frames high quality. You just got to pick the one you like.
