It was a disappointment at this location I had to go around the building before I can find the entrance to this place. one I got in the building at 10:10am I odder a breakfast sandwich but was denied the odder. They apparently stop breakfast at 10:15am on Fridays. And that came from the Manager her self. I tried to talk to here but there was no pleasing her customers. this was a very disappointment to me and my family. If Chick-fil-A is stopping breakfast before the original time at 10:30am they should let the hole world know unstded of wasting our time.

It’s Chick-fil-A, what’s not to love! The simple menu offering all chicken options and their delicious waffle fries, you can’t go wrong! The lines are usually long, but move quick– there is usually someone outside and walking food to & from cars waiting in line during the lunch rush. Today, they had the most friendly employee out there!(Wish I had got her name!) Like many others, I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and there is never a bad time to go. The service is stellar, it’s their«pleasure» to serve you. And inside this location is always clean, although usually packed too. My only complaint is how the building is set up– the drive through is kinda pain to get to and I usually end up circling the building a time or two. Also, I find myself craving Chick on Sundays when they are closed! That’s the worse! Don’t waste your time on other fast food locations, Chick-Fil-A is the best option!

This Chick-Fil-A is kind of a pain to get to, mainly because of all the construction that is happening in the area, but the food and service are still Chick-Fil-A quality. My family and I eat here at least once a week, and every experience is very good.

This is the new location that’s kind of a pain to get to, but it doesn’t seem to matter as they area always busy. Always. I love Chick-fil-a, and this one is a great one! The people are friendly, the food is deelish, and they have some of the best«healthy» fast food out there. Plus, the commercials are adorbs. What is not to love about this place? Well, getting in and out really is a PITA, but that’s not really Chick-fil-a’s fault, but it still take a star away. If you want good fast food, done right with friendly people, this is the place to go!

Worst location in Houston area. 3 unsatisfied customers in a row myself included. I’ll choose the Pearland location from here on out.

Very slow service. Had to pull up and wait for one salad. It was Saturday at 4:30pm, not a very busy time of day at all.

Brand new restaurant. Not crazy busy as it is still being discovered. Once again Chick-Fil-A saves the day!

Ok so let me begin by saying most reviews before me are true. The wait is pretty long and the food is generally not that great at this location. I got a spicy sandwich breakfast meal and it just wasn’t right. It tasted old and chewy(maybe stale?) and had an odd taste to it. I ended up throwing it out and getting something else to eat from somewhere else. I don’t know what happened when they moved locations. The old store used to be so busy and on the ball. This store seems to be stuck and defintely needs improvement. I did go through the drive thru and noted the parking lot was kept clean so thats a positive atleast.

Service was good today. Got right up to the counter and had my food before I walked away. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was good today as usual. Nothing out of the ordinary lunch.

I don’t know what it is, but this location seems to mess up our orders every time. We live right down the street and won’t go there anymore.

Food is the same as all chikfila. Service is just as fast as well. The traffic is a bit of a pain unless you are trying to hit 45 north then you are right there at the service road Trying to back east on el dorado means backtracking through Home Depot parking lot to one of the worst lights in the area Now I will say they have this new gourmet free trade coffe … Omg it is terrible … It’s worse than Exxon coffee Chicken is good but yeah just find a Starbucks don’t drink that swill

I organized a bus trip for 30 students and chaperones from northern IL to Texas. One of our stops was a tour at NASA Johnson Space Center. Called around 8am and ordered 28 meals for pick up at 10:15am. The manager, took my call and was very professional and friendly. We arrived at about 10:15am and she was juggling several large carry out orders, but was on top of everything. Had us ready and out the door in five minutes. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Unfortunately I misplaced my receipt which is needed for reimbursement by the school district. I called on the following Monday morning and spoke to the manager again. She remembered me by name and our order. She wasn’t sure if she could get a duplicate receipt to me, but quickly checked and was able to fax. Within 2 hours I had a replacement. Great customer service, and good picnic lunch for our kids.

Normally I would give Chick-fil-a 5 stars because, for fast food, it is as good as it gets. Probably. But this particular Chik-fil-a was a little disappointing. The chicken nuggets were TOUGH, like overcooked chicken. And one of them had a purple blood vessels in it. *Shudder!!!*. Not what I have come to expect from Chick-fil-a. Otherwise, I suppose this location was fine. The staff wasn’t especially friendly, the trashcan was overflowing, and the condiment counter was in a weird location, but I can overlook those things. Not my first choice for a Chick-fil-a location.

I really, really wanted to give this place my first one star, but the OK chicken sandwich prevented it. EVERYTHING else was horrible. I’ve heard about Chik Fil A for a long time but had never gone to one until today. Where do I start. The traffic and parking are a nightmare. After we parked and went in we must have stood at the wrong place because people were jumping line on us. We repositioned ourselves and a cashier waved us over, but when we got to her station she sorted or did something with register checks instead of taking our order. I objected and just as I had her attention someone came up and handed her bags of food I assume was take-out so she switched from messing with register checks to messing with the bags. Meanwhile 3 people we were clearly ahead of went to other registers and were getting their order taken. All in all about 5 – 6 people who came in after us got served before us. The place was a madhouse. Before they had psychotropic drugs to calm the psychotic, they called madhouses insane asylums. A name that’s politically incorrect today, but I’m old enough to have visited an asylum. Many of the inmates, driven by their hallucinations, endlessly wailed, screamed, howled and yelled nonsense creating loud endless and mindless discordant noise. That’s Chik Fil A – a madhouse. There were between thirty and sixty children under 7 there. Many were allowed free run of the restaurant dashing up and down the isles and booths. Essentially all of them were vocal. Tots are loud, but this is the only restaurant I’ve been to where the mothers were louder than the tots. When they weren’t shouting at each other over the din, they were shouting at someone on their cell phone. In the middle of the meal my wife stood up, said she couldn’t stand it and waited from me in the car. I began to wonder if I would ever get out of our parking space without risking our car and bodily harm. There were cars, lots of cars, coming from three directions. Some were appearing with no warning from the street. By the time I got out and maneuvered my way through the moving maze of cars my nerves were a wreck. Combining the service craziness with the clamor of kids and mothers with the nightmare parking I can’t remember being surrounded by this much chaos in my life. Needles to say this will be our first and last visit to Chik Fil A. ___ We’ve Eaten Out Every Meal for 25 years

We visited the old location(the one they demolished to expand the freeway, sigh) regularly and were looking forward to this one opening. Unfortunately, this one is a terrible replacement and after eating here once, I will not return. I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the food was fine — normal Chick-fil-a fare. However, the seating is HORRIBLE. It is poorly played out, making it difficult to combine tables(I cannot tell you how many times I have met friends with children at Chick-fil-a). Worse though, is that the seating seems to have been designed as torture devices. The booths, the chairs, all horrible.(The booths right in front of the play area are the very worst — who in the world picked those?) Maybe they want to turn tables quickly, but I was uncomfortable the entire meal and in pain by the time I was done. I have been to MANY Chick-fil-as both in the area and in multiple states and have never had this experience before. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chick-fil-a or get your food to go. My daughter was very disappointed in the new playland as well, and says the old one was better.

It’s interesting when you have a company with such high customer service standards it starts to entitle the customer. The service I received today wasn’t bad however I felt it wasn’t up to Chick-fil-A standards. It kind of put me in a precarious position. I felt denied of my over-the-top customer service experience I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru was packed however they actually did a pretty good job of moving everything along. You should know what you’re getting into when you go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. unfortunately they executed one of the biggest faux pas’s in drive thru etiquette. She handed me my drink covered in sticky soda. The grilled chicken sandwich was very good. The vegetables were fresh and the sandwich was served hot. The chicken was flavorful and juicy and can stand on its own without the use of the honey roasted barbecue sauce. Overall I had a good lunch I just thought my overall experience wasn’t up to Chick-fil-A standards.

I’ve always had great customer service here. The food is just as delicious as every other chick-fil-a. It tends to get crowded around lunch and dinner, but the two drive through lanes really help move people through quickly and there is plenty of parking around the restaurant.

Okay, I understand that y’all moved locations but still it doesn’t matter. When it comes to lunch time y’all need to be in y’all’s chik-a-Fila game. Hell I could have went to 2 other fast food joints next to it but I came to this one. Tell me though, how I came in to get a to go at 11:30 and came out at 11:45? I only had a number 5! And where the hell are the rest of my fries?! Customer service all bad! My food was siting there for 5 mins getting cold while employees attend to other things like refilling drinks and cleaning up. I mean isn’t that something one should do when it’s slow not at lunch time??! People were waiting, chick messing up orders and just asking folks if that’s their order instead of calling out their name! I love Chik-a-Fila, but until y’all get y’all’s customer service together I’m not going here and trust, I’ll let people know. Sorry, not so sorry.
