I pick and choose when I shop here. The quality of the products is not the best but is good enough in some circumstances. For instance, there have been occasions that I have purchased a cheap tool here that will not be used on a regular basis. If I’m buying a tool that will be used on a regular basis, I prefer to buy a higher quality tool. A common brand of tool you will find here is Chicago Tools. Keep in mind, HF is a great place to buy non-​tools too. For instance, I have bought several tarps at HF that have been just as good as more expensive brands at other stores. I did have one tool that broke almost immediately but the store was more than happy to exchange it for me.

Super friendly service. They have a very nice selection of stuff at this store. Really nice tool boxes right when you walk in to the store.
