Went there today to pick up a Christmas tree for the house. Without asking, the worker that bundled our tree, proceeded to carry it out to our car after check out. He also brought tie down string and helped me load it on top of our suv. This kind of service is almost unheard of anywhere you go now. I planned on tipping him for all the help he gave us, but hesitated, to see what his reaction would be after the work was done. As soon as the tree was on the car, he asked us if we were set and proceeded to quickly walk back to the store to help the next customer. I had to call him back to give him his tip. Great service.

I usually find that Lowes has the best prices on appliances and I can usually find things easily. Kobalt has seemed to be a decent house brand for the hand tools I get here

What’s one thing that I do when I’m on a business trip and my work day ends early? One option was to wander aimlessly through this huge home improvement store, while admiring patio furniture, checking out the latest designs in LED light bulbs, and wondering about bring home adhesive that doesn’t meet California VOC requirements and actually works. This is a clean, bright, and impressive store for all of this and more.
