Have never had anything but great pizza and Wings from here. It is my go to place in Webster. Shocked to see poor reviews.

Mozzeroni you get 5 stars… Why? Because you listened to your customers and made things better. My previous review listed some reasons for discontent with Mozzeronis. A short time later i was contacted by the staff who informed me they would be making changes to their ordering system… Low and behold they did! So five stars for fixing a mistake and making good on your promise. It’s hard to find that kind of service in today’s world.

I dont want to give this place a star because they don’t deserve it. Went in for dinner and left hungry. My food was not ready after 30 minutes and I was late for an appointment. I was told 15 minutes when i ordered. I asked for my money back and they refused. Good luck with future customers with poor service. I would suggest you dine elsewhere.

I came in for one of the lunch specials — boneless wings and a slice of pizza ($ 5.99 excluding drink). The wings were good, however the pizza was pretty bad.
I don’t know if this is indicative of how the whole pizzas are or not, but the pepperoni slice that I received was overdone and pretty tasteless.
I’ll try somewhere else next time.
