SUPER sketchy after 11:00pm, even on a Tuesday. Employees letting their friends hang out at the front counter, swearing and making nasty comments. Management wandering around the dining room, obviously having lost all control. I suggest using the drive thru only after 10pm. Wish I could leave negative stars

The drive thru lady was rude. «Hold on I only have 2 fingers you know» with her squeaky voice. The hash browns weren’t cooked and my breakfast sandwich came with a burnt English muffin. I don’t expect the best from a fast food chain but this specific location is why I never eat a fast food places! Never again!

I think the food is what you expect from a McDonald’s I mean its a fast food chain restaurant with basically regular staff with minimal turn over HOWEVER, the drive thru is out of control after 6pm there are waits in excess of 8 to 20 minutes just sitting in line, being a townie I go sometimes but I have to tell you I cringe when my kids want a late night snack from here knowing that I will be idling or over heating waiting in the undoubtedly long ridiculous wait for something that is hopefully right so you don’t have to do it again.

I sometimes come here for the lunch and the food here is what I expect from a typical McDonald’s. The staff are friendly and nice and most of them are pretty accommodating to your needs. I will say, however, you should double check your order because they have messed up my order several times even though it’s simple. They do fix it very quickly for you if you tell them.

The drive thru messes up every order, every time. The service grunts at you. Literally. As of now, I no longer visit this location because the food is ALWAYS overcooked, cold and not at all fresh and the service is consistently terrible. Suggestions: Hire some people who know how to COOK and implement some semblance of quality control. Also, please, please bring in touch-screen ordering so I don’t have to look at someone rolling their eyes at me as I approach the counter.

I’ll give this location five stars, because it’s the second McDonalds I ever visited… As a preface, I was born in Webster General Hospital in 1961… During my early childhood in the mid to late 1960’s, one had to travel to Worcester to visit the nearest McDonalds… during that era, my class at the St. Louis School visited the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester and had lunch at McDonalds… I used to beg my parents to take me to McDonald’s in Worcester, prior to the Webster location opening… I loved and still do love McDonalds… particularly this location, that probably opened in 1969 or 1970… enjoy your history Webster… even if it lies within McDonalds on East Main…

We got some food here last night it was ok but the apple pies were burnt and when I called the manager of all people told me I was wrong because he made them himself stopped by on the way home from work and told they were sorry and given 2 more burnt pies never will return

Drive through locations such as this one stand as a prime example of why youjeed to check your order before you drive home. On several occassions this location has messed up my order, and today was none different. I went through the drie through around 5pm. There was only one car ahead of me and no cars behind me. I ordered a mcchicken sandwich, paid, and drove home. When I got home I opened the bag and found a cheeseburger; not even close to what I ordered. I often wonder why Thu location even bothers to stay in business if they aren’t even going to try to get an order right.

Below is the message that I had just posted in regards to the situation that had occurred today. I have received a call from the store’s manager in regards to the situation. Therefore, I am going to bring the 1 star up to 2. However, due to the continuous issues that have been ongoing at that facility, I am going to keep what I have written previously, as it is going to take more than a phone-call to compensate for the frustration that I have received today. Eventually I would like to bring the star up to a higher one, for there are things at McDonald’s that I enjoy(i.e. coffee, parfaits, etc). However that rating will depend on the company and whether or not they wish to hire people who are cut-out for customer service. (In a two month period, I have both witnessed and experienced mistreatment rendered by the staff employed at this location. The first instance, involved an employee giving a customer a hard time about him placing an order, telling him to «hurry up», & etc, then ended it by ripping his receipt right in front of his face. The second occurance, which occurred today on June 7, 2012, involved an employee who not only made my coffee wrong twice, but she rendered an attitude when asked to correct her error twice. Seriously, what has ever happened to «service with a smile», and why are employees and employers being allowed to continue with their employment involving a business they obviously DONOT treasure? People like that SHOULDNOT be working there, and if it wasn’t for the fact it was a convenient walk from where I work, I would opt to never step foot in that Mcdonald’s ever again! I am legit annoyed and disappointed in that place!)

Stopped in here around 5 pm this past Saturday to collect a free ice cream cone from Halloween, The staff was friendly and we were served promptly and efficiently. The dining room however was a mess. It looked like no one had cleaned it in hours. Not sure what this says for the staff or the clientele. Happy to say I usually use the drive thru when visiting here.
