I have dealt with Momo numerous times over the past 10 years. Their techs are knowledgeable and thorough. I’d rather pay a little more the first time and get it right, Lower price isn’t always your best deal. I feel with Momo, you get what you pay for and that’s the bottom line. Ted H.

1. Did not inform me there will be a «diagnostic» charge to put my car of a lift and remove a tire. I am aware that sometimes a diagnostic charge is necessary; however, I have always been informed upfront about it. 2. The labor rate for the diagnostic charge was close to the dealer rate. So it was not just a few bucks. 3. After he agreed that he would use the diagnostic money towards the repair he agreed the repairs would be complete by Noon on a certain day. Instructions were to drop it in the morning by 8AM. I came prior to 8 and asked for reassurance that it would be completed by Noon and the response was«Are you kidding me». This was the last straw and I decided he could keep my diagnostic money and I would not allow him to loot me any further. Dishonest and rude is the best summary of my experience with Momo.
