My teenagers like shopping here.
Cons: I find the store to be overly chaotic and out of stock on many items that we need. We often find it difficult to find 34 inch and 36 inch inseam jeans in boot-​cut.
Pros: Occasionally, we purchase items online. You can return these items to a store if they do not fit. We have done that on more than one occasion. That is much nicer than having to ship something back to Old Navy. Another pro about this particular location or their employees. They are very helpful and friendly. That says a lot given the fact that I have found many young teenagers or early 20’s seem to come up short in communication skills and customer service. At least at this location, they seem to have solid young employees.

I like Old Navy a lot! I don’t always find something I like here, but sometimes I hit the jackpot and can stock up on clothing essentials for a really good price!
This store is pretty well-​organized, clean and bright. The sales associates have always been really friendly and personable when checking me out. They are great about returns and always help me get the best deal when figuring out how to use my Old Navy cardmember rewards. I also like that the store is outside of the mall, compared to some Old Navy stores that are inside malls. Some days you just don’t have the energy to go into Baybrook Mall, know what I mean? While you still have to deal with Bay Area traffic, you can somewhat avoid the mall parking lots and crowds.
I usually recommend buying at the store rather than ordering online at Old Navy, because the sizing is sometimes off. At times the stores don’t have the right sizes/​colors for me, so I’ve tried on an item in the store and ordered it in a different color online (in the same size) and have been surprised when the item ordered online doesn’t fit like the one in the store. However, if this happens to you, the ON store will happily accept your online return.
I definitely recommend this Old Navy store!

The place is so much better… it’s clean, usually straightened, and clothes in the proper place (although c’mon, on a Saturday afternoon in December, it’s gonna be messy. Which is why I never shop on Saturday afternoons in December. *shudder*). The sales staff is friendly and helpful and the bargains are ridiculously good! Yes, the music is still playing but it’s at a semi-​reasonable level. I can actually hold a conversation with my shopping companion.
No, it’s not the Galleria; there isn’t valet parking and people waiting to escort you personally to a fancy dressing room. It’s Old Navy… fast, fun fashion and bargain prices! You do get what you pay for.
They also have the Active line here, which is what I usually wear when running. They have some decent compression socks that they don’t carry online anymore plus they carry a pretty good selection of pants, tops and sports bras in moisture wicking material that’s perfect for my runs.
I am really hoping that Old Navy keeps up the good work, as they have the perfect mix of cute clothes that don’t cost a fortune.

Selection is atrocious. They have so many good things online, why can I never find any of that in the store to try on and make sure I get the right size? Curses!
The clearance rack at this store is almost always cleared out bare in anything near my size, yet he XXXXXXXXXXXXL has tons of stuff.
I need to go eat more and I will be back for those bargain bin excellent deals. If you have a chubby hubby you should come shop here for him. If of a smaller stature, maybe just try the online store instead.

Old Navy has never had the best quality clothing but it’s generally fairly inexpensive (especially when they’re having a good sales) and pretty cute. This store in particular is the closest location to me and I happened to visit on Saturday to take advantage of their extra 50% off clearance and sweaters for $ 25. I bought a very cute white sweater that normally cost $ 48 so I figured it was a steal even if I have to wait a few more months to wear it.
I like this location because the clothes are always folded and the store itself is very clean. The employees are just as helpful as any other location I’ve been too (not extremely so but a regular amount of helpful I’d say). The most important thing in my opinion, is that the bathroom is clean. CLEAN! That’s both amazing and fantastic and just another reason I like this location.
