I took a 4s phone in for repair of the home button. Something I had messed up, attempting to repair the phone myself. The people at this shop are first class, hands down. They listened to what I had to say, did some simple diagnostic tests in my presence and were very up front about the costs and potential issues. The prices were very reasonable. It was a no brainer to have them make the repairs. I did feel some anxiety when I was handing my phone over, which had a lot of personal information. The professional way I was treated here did a lot to help me feel comfortable and I was really glad that I had chosen this shop. I talked with the store manager and with the technician who repaired my phone. There was a part they couldn’t fix. They were up front about it, and even though they put in new parts, and extended a lot of labor, they did not charge me for that part or for the time they spent installing the part that did not work. While I waited, I watch other customers receive the same outstanding customer service.
Put these people on your radar screen when you need your electronics repaired. I believe they will treat you right on all fronts.

I was told that they will diagnose my iPhone and get back to me with the results. I left my phone with them and didn’t hear back about a day. I called them myself a next day and said that is a very poor service to leave me without any communication.

This is my first time fixing a phone. They greeted me when I came in. They answered the questions they had for me in a very professional manner. They are customer friendly, like making conversation. Well, I was with Lucas, he was friendly. I had went to get my iPhone 5. The service was fast, we came very last minute. They finished fixing my phone within the hour. They checked for other malfunctions and problems if there were any. They even cut my SIM card for me, no cost. Overall, the experience was very nice, and the employees were very professional.

I just used them to repair my iPhone 5 broken glass. The process was easy and quick. My phone looks perfect and is working correctly. Would recommend and use again to keep extending the life of my phone!

I’m not super familiar or experienced with going to places like this for repair work, but this place was pretty excellent. It didn’t have the seedy little repair mall kiosk feel to it, the store is clean and new.
Service was quick and the pricing was fair, they replaced my LCD screen in a little over an hour. I ended up buying a wall charger and a new case from them as well so this doesn’t happen to my phone again. I would totally recommend this place to anybody.
Ask for Lucas when you go, he was very knowledgeable, super empathetic to my brand new/​smashed phone situation and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me which solidified my decision to come here. He was way too professional and polite to ask me out on a date which was disappointing but overall it was a great experience.
