this review is about the last time I went in January 2016. so I order a medium pizza for my boyfriend and I, and pasta. the pizza itself is already super expensive. the pasta I ordered was the chicken fettuccini or whatever. they were out of chicken LOL, but I still got charged for a full load of pasta. I paid full price for noodles with half way decent sauce, and the associate didn’t seem willing to give a discount. I paid a total of 30 $ for a medium pizza and the pasta. that was super disappointing and the customer service shocked me. I myself work as a customer service rep and know that damaged and/or unsatisfactory products can be given a discount, so idk why that doesn’t apply to food. and I know for a fact the girls here give their friends discounts sooooooooooooo cool? I’m not sure if I’ll ever decide to order from here again, it really irritated me. PS: one of the blonde employees kept glaring at me when I waited for my food lol, didn’t even know who the girl was. that irritated me because I was the only customer and they’re glaring HAHA. oh well.

Passing through weed? Well don’t listin to your gf, she’s a nay saying idiot! This place is great despite looking a little rapey. The lunch buffet 6.99 from 11 – 2 is a killer deal! That hooker says shes counting calories? There is a awesomr Salad bar that even her mom can’t bitch about! Plus an arcade kills your wait time and helps you ignore her after you told her so! I’m jk my gf is awesome and loved the place.

The pizza is really good. Great quality. But it is so expensive and I don’t understand why. I mean it’s pizza I don’t understand how a large pizza supreme goes for 24 dollars. In my opinion the only thing this place has going for it is the lunch buffet. For about 7 bucks, you get unlimited pizza and salad bar. Pretty good deal.

Pizza was delicious unfortunately the cashier was rude and annoyed at people coming in. The guys working at the kitchen were very friendly They trried to fix our order because they messed it up I would suggest if you’re in the area I want pizza order it to go to avoid the hassle of seeing her sour face.(STACY)

So first time I went in to this establishment I was super disappointed! A young lady who took my order was very unfriendly and even though they were not busy at all she seemed to be bothered that I was even there. My pizza tasted burnt and the salad bar was messy. A week later I decided to try it one more time, went in and ordered 3 pastrami sandwiches… They were awesome, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young man, who was very professional. I think his name was Chris. Everything was perfect. My food, the service the salad bar… So I went in a 3rd time on the same day the following week hoping to get the same quality of service, and found out that the young man no longer worked there! Huge mistake people! Shouldn’t let him slip away. I probably won’t go back to this place again

We always stop at this pizza factory in weed on our way to California. The bathroom is always dirty. There’s no place to hang your purse in the girls restroom, there are no toilet seat covers, and the towel rack is above the toilet so when you dry your hands you drip water on the toilet seat. The floor and the restaurant is always dirty. I’m really disappointed in this restaurant as the pizza factory is one of my favorite restaurants.

Great hand tossed pizza! Thankful they were open the Friday after Thanksgiving. Walked in at 1:54 for lunch buffet that ended at 2:00, waited in line and got to cashier at 1:58. They no longer honored the lunch buffet. They were out of O2 so no soda and the tea dispenser was just water. Female employee in prep area played with her hair the entire time we were there and personal conversations were loud and disruptive. Establishment dirty; seats, floors and salad bar area. No less than four tables and not been bused from the time we walked in to the the time we left.

We had been traveling for a while when our family of four stopped in for some pizza. Kids got a mini pizza each, and we shared a large Mountain Pizza. Great ingredients, tasty crust — not a thin crust, but a hand thrown medium crust. You can ask for thick crust of you like it very thick. The pizza was great, and the kids enjoyed the family atmosphere. Picnic style benches, video games, other families and small groups meeting. A good choice for travelers looking for a well made pizza.

Pizza Factory Weed was a great stop for lunch on our way to Crater Lake. Not only did it have a great view of Mt Shasta, the employees were friendly and the pizza was very satisfying. I would concur with other Unilocalers who said the outside(and bathrooms) were shabby looking. I do think they could invest in a small remodel. Would recommend this place for a good slice of pizza.

This place makes Little Caesars seem like high quality pizza. The pizza was simply the worst I ever had. It was dead and still took nearly an hour to get the pizza and when it arrived at the table it was pathetic looking. The toppings were all in the center creating a 4 inch crust turning our large pizza into a «medium with extra crust». On top of that the crust may have actually been cardboard. The price was what you would expect with little to no competition — Very High. In my opinion, the bowling ally down the street which reheats frozen pizzas literally has a better product at a better price. Finally to round off the experience, the service was mediocre. Trying to get someone’s attention to add to the order took so long that we finally gave up, waited for our pizza, eat the pathetic thing and left to find another place to round out the meal.

From Weed store. My son ordered and picked up a pizza for us last night. When we opened the box the pizza was burned. I was surprised someone would place a pizza that burned in a to go box. The employee should have recognized it wouldn’t be acceptable. I encouraged my son to call and explain the situation I hope he did. So if you order to go make sure you check your pizza before leaving the store.

Road tripping home US97 from Northern Oregon to Sacramento, California and put stopped at this quaint little pizza shop. Easy off us 97 and easy on. It’s a roomy older establishment with exceptionally friendly staff! The salad bar is small but thorough and very fresh. The roasted cashews were a nice touch. The pizza is pizza and did the trick!

Stopped by to eat from a tour I was coming back from. Their humorous slogan(We Toss ‘Em, They’re Awesome) is what drew me to try it out. Food was good and service was decent. I would stop by here again if I happen to be in the area again.

Reading through the comments posted here prompted two things: one, write a review that reflects my own experience and two, note how douche-y some folks seem to be in this sort of forum. My sandwich was quite good and I had a slice of my buddy’s pizza, which impressed me as well. Service was great, staff was very friendly, we got our food quickly & as ordered, not sure what else I should expect from a pizza place, especially in a town of 3k people. Additionally, being a veggie I still found ample selection from which to choose but can understand that in a small town my options might be limited. And I was able to somehow make it through my meal while cooled only by the fans inside; the lack of AC didn’t kill me as it apparently would to others, and I was able to «struggle through» temps in the mid-70s. Additionally, I observed that this has a good community vibe; locals like it but they, similar to the staff, aren’t crappy and exclusionary. It’s feels the way every town’s pizza place should feel(unless, apparently, you’re in SLO town or Orange County). If you’re driving through Weed, CA& want some pizza, give it a whirl. If you want entitled attitude with a splash of condescension, touch base w/Elizabeth C. — I’m sure she can point you in the right direction.

THISPLACEISABSOLUTELYTHEWORSTRESTAURANT. The cashier tonight, 08/26/2014, did not know how to do basic math(almost overcharging us), she was clueless as to how to process a Unilocal Discount, the food did not come as ordered or as advertised, the location has zero a/c & zero dietary substitutions. For how horrible the food is, as well as their sparse ingredients & incompetent staff, they should at least offer a cool place to wait for disappointment. Thank you. DONOTGO.

Very good pizza. We are on our way to WA. And needed to stop for lunch and a bit of a break. We have a baby so we figured a pizza place would work out well. We took our time ordering as we were getting our daughter situated, this helped because we got to check out food being delivered to other patrons. I got the lunch mini pizza combo with a salad bar and drink. My husband got a Italian sandwich combo. The sandwich was a good solid sandwich, not amazing but solid. The pizza was great, really good. The salad bar, while small, had very fresh veggies and cheese. Lettuce was a basic iceberg with spinach, BUT, the iceberg was fresh not brown and icky. Overall it was a great meal, a bit expensive, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming here again as everything was good.
